Claims (9)
- 카바이드 지지체가 예정된 양의 결합제 금속 함량을 함유하는 제1대역 및 접촉면에서 제1대역 까지 연장되는 제2대역의 2개 대역 이상으로 이루어지고, 결합제 금속 함량은 실질적으로 예정된 양 보다 낮고, 제2대역은 0.75mm이하의 깊이 또는 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 콤팩트/카바이드 접촉면을 따라서 초 경합 카바이드 지지체에 결합된 다이아몬드 콤팩트로 이루어진 합성 다이아몬드 연마 콤팩트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2대역이 0.6mm이하의 깊이 또는 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 콤팩트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2대역이 0.4mm이하의 깊이 또는 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 콤팩트.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제2대역이 0.2mm이상의 깊이 또는 두께를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 콤팩트.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제2대역의 결합제 금속 함량이 접촉면으로부터 제1대역까지 집중적으로 증가하고, 결합제 금속 함량이 접촉면에서의 제1대역의 결합제 금속 함량의 15내지 30%로부터 제2대역에서 제1대역으로 변화되는 영역에서의 제1대역의 결합제 금속 함량의 90이상까지 증가함을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 콤팩트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제2대역에 있어서, 카바이드 지지체의 결합제 금속 함량이 연속적, 비중단된 방식으로 콤팩트 카바이드 접촉면으로부터 제1대역까지 증가함을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 콤팩트.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 다이아몬드 콤팩트 후면의 카바이드의 길이가 약2.5내지 12.5mm임을 특징으로 하는 다이아몬드 연마 콤팩트.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제1대역의 결합제 금속 함량이 약 12내지 14중량%임을 특징으로 하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 콤팩트.
- 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 결합제 금속이 크발트, 철, 니켈 및 이들 금속을 하나 이상 함유하는 합금으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로하는 합성 다이아몬드 연마 콤팩트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
