Claims (5)

  1. 기재(matrix)인 폴리올레핀 수지 A와 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 B의 용융반죽시 0.05-50μm의 평균입자경과 성분 B의 표면장력보다 큰 표면장력을 갖는 충진재 C를 하기 식(1) 및 (2)를 만족하는 양으로 용융반죽하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 수지 A와 열가소성 폴리에스터 수지가 서로 상호 투과되어 망상 구조를 갖는 분산액을 형성하는 조성물 구조의 제조방법.
    B/(A+B)=0.05-0.5(중량부) (1)
    C/(B+C)=0.1-0.7(중량비) (2)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용융반죽온도에서의 성분 C의 표면장력은 성분B의 표면장력보다 적어도 2dyn/cm 이상 높은 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지 A는 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부틸렌 및 메틸펜텐 단위 중에서 선택된 올레핀 단위를 주로 포함하는 중합체 또는 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 B는 주성분으로서 동일한 것을 포함하는 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트 또는 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항의 방법으로 제조된 조성물의 구조를 포함하는 성형품.
