Claims (6)
- 그네틱 코일에 의해 둘러싸인 코어와, 정지된 밸브 시트와 서로 작용하는 밸브 폐쇄 몸체가 작동될 수 있는 아마츄어와, 한쪽 단부에서는 아마츄어와 대면한 코어의 단부와 다른 단부에서는 관형 접속부에 밀착접속되는 관형 금속 중간부와, 정지된 밸브 시트 몸체를 나타내며 중간부로부터 대향한 한쪽 단부에서 접속부에 부착되는 금속 밸브 시트 몸체와, 밸브 시트 몸체로부터 대향한 밸브의 단부를 둘러싸는 폴라스틱 외피를 갖는 내연기관의 연료 분사 시스템을 위한 전자기 작동식 분사 밸브에 있어서, 밸브는 마그네틱 회로를 폐쇄하고 상단부(35)에서 코어(1)에 접속하고 하단부(36)에서는 접속부(8)에 접속되며 마그네틱 코일(2)을 적어도 축방향으로 현수하는 금속 하우징 쟈켓(3)에 의해 부분적으로 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동식 분사 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 하우징 쟈켓(3)은 용접에 의해 접속부(8)에 밀착 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동식 분사 밸브.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서. 하우징 쟈켓(3)은 딥 드로잉에 의해 제조되어 그 상단부(35)에서 코어(1)에 대해 그 하단부(36)에서는 접속부(8)에 대해 밀착 인접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동식 분사 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 한 항에 있어서. 하우징 쟈켓(3)은 외측을 향하고 하우징 숄더(48)의 방향을 향하는 플라스틱 외피(22)의 단면(49)과 함께 그 홈 베이스가 하우징 쟈켓(3)의 원주에 의해 형성된 환형 홈(47)의 측면을 형성하는 하우징 숄더(48)를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동식 분사 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 한 항에 있어서, 방사방향으로 연장되는 측면이 아마츄어(12)의 방향을 향하는 플라스틱 외피(22)의 단면(49)과 하우징 쟈켓부(38)상에 견인되는 드로잉 링(23)의 단면에 의해 형성되는 환형 홈(47)은 하우징 쟈켓(3)의 원주상에 제공되며, 상기 환형 홈(47)의 베이스는 하우징 쟈켓(3)의 원주에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동식 분사 밸브.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 한 항에 있어서, 연료 입구로 사용되고 밸브 시트(15)까지 연장되는 밸브 스페이스(16)에 접속되는 적어도 하나의 방사방향 측부 개구(20)는 하우징 쟈켓(3)상의 상부 밀봉링(39)과 접속부(8)상의 하부 밀봉링(40) 사이에 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 작동식 분사 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
