제1도는 합체된 유압 제어 다이어그램을 갖는 보다 간소화된 밸브 제어 장치의 길이방향 단면을 도시한 것이고, 제2도는 4개 실린더 내연기관용 4개의 동일 밸브 제어 장치의 작용 다이어그램을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 엔진 캠 샤프트의 작동 캠에 의해 밸브 태핏을 거쳐 축방향으로 작동된 엔진 밸브와, 유압 오일로 충전되고, 밸브 태핏의 효과적인 길이를 결정하고 작동 캠에 의해 작동되며, 한쪽이 캠 피스톤, 다른쪽이 밸브 스템상에서 작용하는 밸브 피스톤에 의해 한정되어 있는 가변 체적을 갖는 압력실과, 압력실로부터 분기된 유압 오일용 드레인 통로와, 압력실쪽으로 개방된 비귀환 밸브를 포함하고 압력실에서 종결되는 유압 오일 공급 채널과, 드레인 통로 및 압력실 체적의 제어를 위해 엔진 특성을 처리하는 전자 제어 유닛에 의해 구동되는 솔레노이드 밸브를 포함하는 내연기관용 전기 유압 밸브 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 드레인 통로(17)는 유압 제어에 의해 개방되도록 배열된 차단 밸브(18)로 차단되고, 밸브 피스톤(9)은 캠 샤프트(7 )의 특정 토크각(캠 샤프트)에 대응하는 행정을 행한후 제어 채널(25)를 개방시키도록 작동되고, 제어 채널(25)이 차단 밸브상이 제어 압력같은 압력실 압력의 전달을 위해 차단 밸브(18)를 이끌므로써, 제어채널(25)이 밸브 피스톤(9)에 의해 개방되도록 작동된후 차단밸브(18)가 압력실(8)의 작동 압력에 의해 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 솔레노이드 밸브(21)의 방향으로 개방된 비귀환 밸브(19)는 차단 밸브(18)와 솔레노이드 밸브(21)사이의 드레인 통로(17)에 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 제어장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 동일한 내역기관의 다른 밸브 제어 유닛의 부가의 드레인 채널(34)은 비귀환 밸브(19)와 솔레노이드 밸브(21)사이의 드레인 통로(17)에서 종결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 제어 장치.
  4. 상기 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 릴리프라인(27)은 제어 채널(25)과 차단 밸브(18)의 상류측의 드레인통로(17)사이에 위치되고, 상기 릴리프 라인에는 드레인 통로(17)쪽으로 개방되는 비귀환 밸브(28)가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 제어장치.
  5. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 작동캠(6)은 작동될 캠 피스톤(3)의 공급 행정(압축행정부(Ⅱ))을 위해 완만히 상승되고 흡입 행정(흡입 행정부(Ⅲ))을 위해 급격히 하강하는 통로(5)(Ⅱ 내지 Ⅳ)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 제어장치.
  6. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 차단 밸브(18)는 슬라이드 밸브로서 설계되고, 귀환 스프링(24)에 대해 차단 위치로부터 이동될 수 있는 슬라이드(23)는 제어채널(25)을 통해 공급된 유압 오일에 의해 귀환 스프링(24)에 이격 회전된 전방면상에 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 제어장치.
