제1도는 4층 구조의 자기접착식 건식전자, 제2도는 3층 구조의 자기 접착식 건식전자, 제3도는 2층구조의 자기 접착식 건식전사.

Claims (9)

  1. 하나의 릴리이스 페이퍼, 하나의 접착층, 하나이상의 색상층 및 하나의 캐리어 페이퍼로 구성되어서 색상및 접착층은 색상 접착층 또는 접착 색상층으로서 결합되어 있는 건식-전사의 제조방법 및 자기 -접착식 건식-전사지에 있어서, 캐리어 페이퍼에서는 20mm TESA-테이프 K7476dml 20mm폭으로 측정하고, 40˚C 에서 24시간동안 시험할때, 50내지 80CN의 릴리이스 값을 가지며, 상기 릴리이스 페이퍼는 상기와 같이 측정할때 15내지 35cN의 릴리이스값을 가지어서, 이색상 및 접착층은 색상층(들)에 의해 복사된 화상과 윤곽이 일치하도록함을 특징으로 하는 자기-접착 건식- 전사지.
  2. 특허청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 결합접착제가 릴리이스 페이퍼의 실리콘 처리가 안되어있는 면에 미세한 라인 및 열십자 또는 원형으로 부착되어 전사의 위치결정을 용이하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 -접착. 건식 전사지.
  3. 특허 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 릴리이스 및 캐리어 페이퍼들 이 각각 치수적으로 안정하며 한쪽면은 실리콘 처리 또는 PE-코팅한 백색의 크라프트 페이퍼 또는 합성페이퍼으로 캐리어 페이퍼의 실리콘 처리가 안된면에 사용을 위한 지침이 인쇄될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-접착. 건식-전사지.
  4. 특허청구범위 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 물리적 건조방식에 있어서 색상층은 도포성이 큰 유기 또는 무기 색소를 가진 페이스트와 같은 PVC-중합체 혼합물이고, 또한 자외선 경화방식에 있어서의 색상층은 착색한 우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지시스템으로서, 상기 색상층은 TESA-테이프 651, 20mm 폭 측정범위 2N, 뜯는 속도 500mm/min로 측정하여 최소8cN의 릴리이스 값을 가진 캐리어 페이퍼에 접착해 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-접착. 건식-전사지.
  5. 특허청구 범위 제1항 내지 제4항중 하나이상에 있어서, 단3가지 기능층의 구조에서는 하나의 캐리어 페이퍼, 하나이상의 색상 접착층(들)또는 접착색상층(들)및 하나의 릴리이스 페이퍼로 구성되고, 단2가지 기능층의 구조에서는 하나로 결합된, 양측면이 코팅된 캐리어 및 릴리이스 페이퍼, 그리고 하나이상의 색상 접착층(들) 또는 접착 색상층(들로)구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기-접착 . 건식 -전사지.
  6. 캐리어 페이퍼에서 140×100cm 의 시트 크기에 적용하여 하나이상의 색상층에서는 시간당 최소 2000매의 속도로 그리고 접착층에서는 시간당 최소 400내지 2000매의 속도가 적용되어서 이 색상 및 접착층이 색상층에 의해 복사된 화상과 윤곽이 일치하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항의 자기-접착.건식-전사지의 제조방법.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 색채접착층 또는 제6항에 있어서, 하나이상의 색채 접착층 또는 접착색층은 캐리어 페이퍼에 부착되고 적용가능하다면, 릴리이스 페이퍼에 의하여 피복되거나, 또는 캐리어 및 릴리이스 결합 페이퍼에 부착되도록 한 방법.
  8. 특허청구의 범위 제6항 및 제7항에 있어서, 유색층이 적용된다면, 접착층의 접착력은 릴리이스 페이퍼는 잡아당기어져서 하부층의 어느것이나 캐리어 페이퍼로 부터 제거되지 않을 때는 저절로 그리고 충분하게 떨어지지 않도록 선택되도록 하는 방법.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제6항 내지 제8항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 최소 마이너스 30˚C에서 플러스 100˚C의 온도범위에서 기능을 발휘하고 태양광선이나 인공광선으로 부터의 자외선 조사에 저항성이 있는 희석된 접착제가 선택되도록 한 방법.
