Claims (9)

  1. 가교 결합되고 부분적으로 중화된 중합체 겔을 부분적으로 건조시키고, 순환 대기의 부재하에 초단파를 조사하여 겔의 온도를 상승시킨 다음, 건조를 완결시킴을 특징으로 하여, 잔여 단량체 함량이 감소된 초흡수성 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체 겔이 부분적으로 중화된 아크릴산 중합체 또는 공중합체를 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 겔이 부분적으로 중화된 아크릴산-트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트 공중합체를 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 초단파 조사를 적용하기 전에, 중합체 겔이 고체 함량 10 내지 80중량%로 부분적으로 건조되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 초단파 조사를 적용하기 전에, 중합체 겔이 고체 함량 20 내지 60중량%로 부분적으로 건조되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 초단파 조사기 4분이상 동안 적용되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 겔이, 겔 속의 잔여 단량체가 초단파 조사에 의해 실질적으로 중합되도록 하는 잔여량의 개시제를 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 개시제가 과황산나트륨인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 과황산나트륨이 부분적으로 건조된 겔 속에 60 내지 300ppm의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
