Claims (15)

  1. a) 유기 이소시아네이트의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 실릴화산 0.001 내지 1몰%(이소시아네이트 기준)를 20내지 150℃에서 혼합하고 b) 임의로, 5분 이상 정체시킨 후, 수득된 혼합물을 증류에 의해 후처리함을 특징으로 하는, 유기 이소시아네이트의 컨디셔닝 및/또는 정제방법.
    X-〔Si(CH3)3〕n (Ⅰ)
    상기식에서, X는 pKa치가 3 이하인 n-염기성 산으로부터 산성 수소 원자를 제거하여 수득된 중성 산(단, 하이드로할산 제외) 잔기이고, n은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 이소시아네이트가 1, 6-디이소시아네이토헥산, 1-이소시아네이토-3, 3, 5-트리메틸- 5-이소시아네이토메틸 사이클로헥산, 4, 4'-디이소시아네이토디사이클로헥실메탄 및 이들 디이소시아네이트의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 이소시아네이트가 (i) 2, 4- 및/또는 2, 6-디이소시아네이토톨루엔, (ii) 2, 2'-2, 4'- 및/또는 4, 4'-디이소시아네이토페닐 메탄 또는 (iii) 이들 디이소시아네이트의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, c) 유기 이소시아네이트가 (i) 1, 6-디이소시아네이토 헤산 및/또는 1-이소시아네이토-3, 3, 5-트리메틸-5-이소시아네이토메틸 사이클로헥산과 (ii) (i)로부터 촉매적 삼량체화에 의해 제조된 이소시아누레이트-개질된 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물이고, (d) 상기 혼합물을 연속적으로 증류에 의해 후처리하여, 실질적으로 단량체-비함유된, 이소시아누레이트-개질된 폴리이소시아네이트를 회수하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, X가 pKa치가 2 이하인 산소-함유 산의 중성 산 잔기인 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, X가 pKa치가 2 이하인 산소-함유 산의 중성 산 잔기인 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, X가 pKa치가 2 이하인 산소-함유 산의 중성 산 잔기인 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, X가 pKa치가 2 이하인 산소-함유 산의 중성 산 잔기인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 실릴화 산이 트리플루오로메탄 설폰산 트리메틸 실릴 에스테르 또는 인산 트리스-(트리메틸 실릴 에스테르)를 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 실릴화 산이 트리플루오로메탄 설폰산 트리메틸 실릴 에스테르 또는 인산 트리스-(트리메틸 실릴 에스테르)를 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, 실리화 산이 트리플루오로메탄 설폰산 트리메틸 실릴 에스테르 또는 인산 트리스-(트리메틸 실릴 에스테르)를 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제4항에 있어서, 실릴화 산이 트리플루오로메탄 설폰산 트리메틸 실릴 에스테르 또는 인산 트리스-(트리메틸 실릴 에스테르)를 포함하는 방법.
  13. a) 1, 6-디이소시아네이토헥산 및/또는 1-이소시아네이토-3, 3, 5-트리메틸-5-이소시아네이토메틸 사이클로헥산을 포함하는 유기 이소시아네이트와 일반식(Ⅰ)의 실릴화 산 0.001 내지 1몰%(이소시아네이트 기준)를 20 내지 150℃에서 혼합하고, b) 수득된 혼합물을 5분 이상 정체시킨 후 증류에 의해 후처리하며, c) (i) 1, 6-디이소시아네이토헥산 및/또는 1-이소시아네이토-3, 3, 5-트리메틸-5-이소시아네이토메틸 사이클로헥산과, (ii) b)에서 수득한 생성물의 촉매적 삼량체화에 의해 수득된 이소시아누레이트-개질된 폴리이소시아네이트의 블렌드(blend)를 제조하고, d) 상기 블렌드를 일반식(Ⅰ)의 실릴화 산 0.001 내지 1몰%(이소시아네이트 기준)과 20 내지 150℃에서 혼합하며, e) d)에서 형성된 혼합물을 5분 이상 정체시킨 후 증류에 의해 후처리하며, 실질적으로 단량체-비함유된, 이소시아누레이트-개질된 폴리이소시아네이트를 회수함을 특징으로 하는, 유기 이소시아네이트의 컨디셔닝 및/또는 정제방법.
    X-〔Si(CH3)3〕n (Ⅰ)
    상기 식에서, X는 pKa치가 3 이하인 n-염기성 산으로부터 산성 수소 원자를 제거하여 수득된 중성 산(단, 하이드로할산 제외) 잔기이고, n은 1 내지 3의 정수이다.

  15. 제13항에 있어서, 실릴화 산이 트리플루오로메탄 설폰산 트리메틸 실린 에스테르 또는 인산 트리스-(트리메틸 실릴 에스테르)를 포함하는 방법.
