제2도는 개폐식(on-off) 유체제한 장치의 각 단계에서 얻어질 수 있는 서어보 행정시간의 범위를 도시한 그래프도,
제3도는 본 발명의 제어방식을 도시한 그래프도.

Claims (7)

  1. 유압작동식 토오크 전달장치(14)를 결합시키기 위하여 충진되는 사전에 정해진 크기의 서어보쳄버(82)로 유입되는 유체의 공급을 제어하는 장치에 있어서, 유압원(14), 상기 유압원(14)의 압력을 압력지시에 따라서 조절하는 압력조절 수단(18), 상기 유압원을 서어보쳄버로 연결시키는 변화가능한 흐름제어 오리피스수단(80,66)과, 상기 변화같은 흐름제어 오리피스수단의 흐름량을 제한지시에 따라서 조절하는 전자기수단(84)을 포함하는 유체제어수단(30), 및, 원하는 시간에 사전에 결정된 양을 충진하도록 압력 및 제한지시의 조합명령을 발생시켜 유압작동식 토오크 전달장치의 결합속도비를 제어하는 제어수단(100)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유압 작동식 토오크 전달장치의 결합제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체제한 수단(30)은 상기 유압원(16)을 서어보쳄버(82)로 연결시키는 제1오리피스(80)와, 상기 제1오리프스에 평행으로 상기 전자기수단(84)에 의해 선택적으로 연결가능한 제2오리프스(86)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 유압작동식 토오크전달장치의 결합제어장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단(100)은 비변속 작동모드(nlnshift modes of operation)에서 측정한 작동 매개변수에 따라서 압력조절수단(18)에 대한 압력지시를 발생시키고, 유압작동식 토오크전달장치(14)를 결합시키기 위해 요구되는 변속작동모드(shifting modes of operation)에서 압력 및 제한지시의 조합명령을 발생시키도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유압작동식 토오크 전달장치의 결합제어장치.
  4. 유압작동식 토오크전달장치(14)를 결합시키기 위하여 충진되는 사전에 정해진 크기의 서어보쳄버(82)로 유입되는 유체의 공급을 제어하도록 차량의 변속기에 사용되는 제어장치에 있어서, 유압원(16), 사전에 결정된 압력범위를 초과하는 상기 유압원의 압력을 압력지시에 따라서 조절하는 압력조절 수단(18), 적어도 2개의 다른유체회로(80,86)와, 상기 유체회로의 어느 하나를 유압원과 서어보쳄버사이에 연결시키는 전기적으로 작동되는 밸브(84)를 갖춘 유체 제한수단(30), 하나의 유체회로와, 사전에 설정된 압력범위내에서 유체공급압력을 선택하여 유압작동식 토오크전달장치의 원하는 결합 시간을 얻는 선택수단(제5도 참조), 및 유압작동식 토오크 전달장치를 결합시키는 것이 요구될 때, 유체공급압력에 따라서 전기적으로 작동되는 밸브를 작동시키는 수단(100)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 차량의 변속기용 제어장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제1오리피스(80)에 의해 형성되는 제1유체회로와, 상기 제1오리피스 및 상기 제1오리피스에 평행으로 연결된 제2오리피스(86)에 의해 형성되는 제2유체회로를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 차량의 변속기용 제어장치.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 원하는 결합작동시간은 임의의 차량매개변수의 함수로서 변화하고, 상기 선택수단은 임의의 매개변수의 측정에 따라서 유체회로와 유체공급압력을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 차량의 변소기용 제어장치
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 임의의 차량 매개변수는 변속기의 출력속도와 관계되어 측정됨을 특징으로 하는 차량의 변속기용 제어장치
