Claims (14)
- 엔진이 저속회전 고부하영역에서 운전되고 있을때에 연소실내에 있어서 흡기의 강와류를 발생시키고, 엔진이 저부하전체영역 및 중속회전ㆍ고부화영역에서 운전되고 있을때에 흡기의 중와류를 발생시키고 엔진이 고속회전ㆍ고부하 영역에서 운전되고 있을때의 흡기의 약와류를 발생시키는 가변와류기구와, 엔진이 저ㆍ중속회전 및 저부하영역에서 운전되고 있을때에 배출가스를 연소실에 순환시키는 EGR 제어기구와, 엔진이 저부하영역에서 운전되고 있을때에 배출가스를 연소실에 순환시키는 EGR 제어기구와, 엔진이 저부하영역에서 운전되고 있을때에 연료 분사시기를 전진각시키고, 중ㆍ고부하 영역에서 운전되고 있을때에 지연각시키는 특성을 가진 전진각 시기제어기구와, 부하 및 엔진회전에 따라서 상기 가변와류기구, 상기 EGR 제어기구 및 상기 전진각시기제어기구를 제어하는 콘트롤러를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤러는 최대부하의 0.6~0.7배이상이고, 또한 최대회전수의 0.45~0.55배 이하일때 상기 가변와류기구의 가변와류보조밸브를 폐쇄로해서 주포오트로부터만 공기를 도입하므로써 연소실내에 있어서 흡기의 강와류를 발생시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤러는 최대부하의 0.6~0.7배이상이고, 또한 최대회전수의 0.65~0.75배이상일때 상기 가변와류보조밸브를 개방으로해서 주포오트 및 부포오트로부터 공기를 도입하므로써 연소실내에 있어서 흡기의 약와류를 발생시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤러는 최대부하의 0.6~0.7배이하의 전체운영역일때 및 회전수가 최대회전수의 0.45~0.55배이상이고 또한 최대회전수의 0.6~0.7배 이하이며 부하가 최대부하의 0.6~0.7배이상일때, 상기 가변와류보조밸브를 절반 개방으로 해서 연소실내에 있어서 흡기의 주포오트 및 부포오트로부터 공기를 도입하므로써 중와류를 발생시키도록 한 것을 특징으로하는 디젤엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤러는 최대부하의 0.45~0.55배이하이고 최대회전수의 0.8~0.85배 이하일때, 상기 EGR 제어기구의 밸브를 개방으로 해서 배출가스를 연소실내에 순환시키는 EGR 실시영역을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤러는 상기 EGR 실시영역의 저부하쪽으로부터 고부하쪽에 걸쳐서 EGR 양이 적어지도록 상기 EGR 제어기구의 밸브를 제어한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤러는 상기 EGR 실시영역의 저엔진회전수와 최대회전수의 0.8~0.85배에 가까운 영역에서 EGR양을 작게하고 그 사이의 회전수에서 EGR양이 많아지도록 상기 EGR 제어기구의 밸브를 제어한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤러는 최대부하의 0.45~0.55배이하이고 최대회전수의 0.8~0.85배이하일때, 상기 EGR 제어기구의 밸브를 개방으로 해서 배출가스를 연소실내에 순환시키는 EGR 실시영역을 구비한 것을 특징으로 한 디젤엔진.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤러는 상기 EGR 실시영역의 저부하쪽으로부터 고부하쪽에 걸쳐서 EGR양이 적어지도록 상기 EGR 제어기구의 밸브를 제어한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤러는 상기 EGR 실시영역의 저엔진회전수와 최대회전수의 0.8~0.85배에 가까운 영역에서 EGR 양을 작게하고 그 사이의 회전수에서 EGR 양이 많아지도록 상기 EGR 제어기구의 밸브를 제어한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤러는 저엔진회전수에서 전진각시기를 지연시키고, 고엔진회전수에 향함에 따라서 직선적으로 전진각시기를 앞당기고, 고엔진회전수에서는 일정한 전진각시기가 되도록 전진각시기제어기구를 제어한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤러는 저부하에서 전진각시기를 앞당기고 중부하에서 전진각시기를 가장 늦도록 하고, 고부하에서 전진각시기를 약간 앞당기도록 전진각시기제어기구를 제어한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤러는 저엔진회전수에서 전진각시기를 지연시키고, 고엔진회전수에 향함에 따라서 직선적으로 전진각시기를 앞당기고, 고엔진회전수에서는 일정한 전진각시기가 되도록 전진각시기제어기구를 제어한 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진.
