Claims (2)

  1. 함침형 음극 제조방법에 있어서, 원통형 음극링(2′)에 다공질 펠렛트(6)를 결합시킨 상태에서 다공질 펠렛트(6)에 전자방사 물질을 함침시켜, 그 전자방사물질과 음극링(2′)중의 산화성 물질의 화학 반응으로 음극링(2)에 함침 펠렛트(1)을 고정함을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음극링(2′)은 함침온도 이하에서 산화반응을 하는 산화성 물질이 함유된 금속 또는 합금으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 함침형 음극 제조방법.
