철금속의 초미분말을 가연성 물질에 첨가하여 완전연소의 조연제로 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 황산 제일철(FeSO4) 및 염화제일철(FeCl2)등의 수용성 철 화합물을 용수(用水)에 과포화 상태로 용해 하여 철 이온과 결합된 산성염(SO4또는 Cl2)을 알칼리염으로 중화 적정시켜 순수한 철분의 미세입자를 제조하는 방법.Water-soluble iron compounds such as ferrous sulfate (FeSO 4 ) and ferrous chloride (FeCl 2 ) are supersaturated in water in order to add ultrafine powders of ferrous metals to combustible materials so that they can be used as perfect combustion aids.
