제1도는 종래의 차량시트 장착구조를 보인 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 회전시트의 회전지지장치의 분리 사시도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 회전시트의 회전지지장치에서 잠금장치의 분리 사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 시트트랙상에 설치되는 회전시트의 회전지지장치에 있어서, 시트(1)가 재치되는 시트쿠션프레임(3) 저면에 회전판(4)이 설치되고, 시트트랙(2) 상에는 상기 회전판(4)이 설치된 시트(1)를 지지함과 동시에 시트(1)가 회전될 수 있도록 가이드해주는 지지대(10)가 설치되며, 각 시트트랙(2)의 내측면 일정위치에는 시트(1)의 잠금 및 해제를 위한 잠금장치(14)가 설치되고, 시트트랙(2) 윗면에는 고정된 상태의 시트(1)가 유동되는 것을 방지하기 위한 유동방지브라켓(25)이 설치되며, 상기 잠금장치(14)의 잠금 및 해제동작은 별도로 설치된 작동레버(26)의기계적 조작에 의하여 이루어지도록 된 것을 특징으로하는 회전시트의 회전지지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전판(4)은 그 저면 일측대각선 방향의 소정위치에 가이드봉(5)이 돌설되고, 다른쪽 대각선 방향의 양단에는 시트 트랙(2)상의 유동방지브라켓(25)에 끼워지는 가이드브라켓(6)이 설치되며, 중앙부에는 회전축역할을 하는 베어링 장착부(7)가 돌설되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 회전시트의 회전지지장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 지지대(10)는 그 윗면에 상기 회전판(4)저면으로부터 돌설되는 가이드봉(5)이 끼워져 슬라이드되는 가이드홈(11)이 형성되고, 일측 대각선 방향의 모서리부에는 유동방지브라켓(25)이 끼워지는 브라켓삽입홈(12)이 형성되며 중앙에는 베어링케이스수납홈(13)이 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 회전시트의 회전지지장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 잠금장치(14)는 스프링(17) 및 힌지핀(18)에 의해 탄설되어 시트트랙(2) 외측에 설치되는 작동레버(26)의 조작에 따라 개폐되는 가이드봉 홀더(15)가 홀더하우징(16)내에 설치되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 회전시트의 회전지지장치.
