원해의 해조류를 수중에서 채취한 채로 수세 탈염하여 유기산염 수용액에 넣고 약90℃-95℃의 온도로 약 30분간 가열후 약 60℃까지 냉각시킨 것에 섬유소 분해효소를 첨가하여 약50-60℃항온수조에 5시간 동안 처리후 약 80℃에서 10분간 가열하고 다시 약 110℃로 약30분간 가열살균하여 냉각, 여과 및 농축시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 해조류의 추출액 추출방법.The seaweeds of the seawater were collected by washing with water, desalted in water, and then placed in an organic acid solution.
