Claims (10)
- 복수의 광섬유(25,25)를 포함하는 코어(22)와, 길이와 그 종축에 직교하는 원형 단면을 가지며, 상기 광섬유를 둘러싸며, 상기 각 광섬유보다 상당히 짧은 길이를 가지며, 두 종방향으로 연장되는 강도 부재와 플라스틱 재질을 포함하고 상기 코어 주위에 배열되는 외피를 포함하는 피복계(32)를 가지는 하나의 튜브 부재(30)를 구비하는 광섬유 케이블(20)에 있어서, 상기 각 광섬유의 초과 길이와 상기 튜브 부재내의 각 광섬유의 단면적과 상기 튜브 부재의 내경이, 상기 광섬유들의 초과 곡률과 상기 광섬유의 상기 튜브 부재의 내벽에 대한 상호 접촉에 의해 야기되는 절곡 손실을 방지할 수 있는 크기이며, 상기 각 광섬유의 상기 초과 길이가 상기 강도 부재의 강도 특성이 상대적으로 낮은 소정값이 되도록 하는데 충분한 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 광섬유의 길이가 상기 튜브 부재의 길이보다 1%만큼 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브 부재가 적용 하증과 변형간의 관계가 주어진 온도에서 상기 각 광섬유의 초과 길이에 대응하는 변형까지 거의 선형인 특성을 갖는 플라스틱 재질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브 부재내에 배치된 방수재(40)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 방수재가 상기 튜브 부재내에 배치된 충전재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 충전재가 20℃에서 70pa이하의 한계 항복응력과 20℃에서 13kpa이하의 전단 계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이블 코어가 적어도 하나의 광섬유의 다발을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 다발이 상기 각 다발을 나선형으로 둘러싸는 바인더로 둘러싸이는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유 다발이 각각 적어도 한층의 코팅 재질과 그 위의 버퍼층을 가지는 복수의 광섬유를 포함하며, 상기 코어를 둘러싸는 상기 튜브 부재가 상기 튜브 부재의 내벽으로 제한되는 단면적을 가져, 상기 복수의 코팅된 광섬유의 단면적과 상기 튜브 부재내의 단면적의 비가 소정값을 초과하지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 소정값이 0.5를 넘지않는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 케이블.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
