Claims (11)
- 하기일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.상기식 중에서, X는 O, S 또는 NCN일 수 있으며, 단, X가 O또는 S이면, A는 단일 결합이고, 또는 x가 NCN이면, A는 단일 결합, -CH2-, -NR9- (여기서 R9는 수소 또는 탄소수 1내지 4의 저급 알킬임), -S-, -SO- 또는 -SO2이고, Y는 -NR8, -O-, -S- 또는이고, R1은 아릴, 아릴아킬, 헤테로시클로 또는 (헤테로시클로)알킬이고, R2는 수소, 히드록시,이고, R3및R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 알킬 또는 아릴알킬이거나, 또는 R3및 R4는 그들이 부착된 탄소 원자와 함께 5- 내지 7-원 카르보시클릭 고리를 형성하고, R5는 H, 알킬, 할로알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐, 시클로알킬, 아릴알킬, 시클로알킬알킬, -CN, -NO2, -COR, -COOR, -CONHR, -CONR2, -CF3, S- 알킬, -SO 알킬, -SO2알킬,(O-알킬)2,할로겐, OCF3, OCH2CH3로 부터 선택되고, 여기서 각각의 R은 수소, 알킬, 아릴, 아릴알킬, 시크로알킬, (시클로알킬)알킬 또는 할로알킬일 수 있으며, R6은 H, 알킬 할로, OH, O-알킬, 아미노 및 치환된 아미노, O-알킬, -OCO 알킬, -OCONR 알킬, -NRCO 알킬 및 NRCOO알킬, NRCONR2로 부터 선택되고, 여기서 각각의 R은 수소, 알킬, 아릴, 아릴알킬, 시클로알킬, (시클로알킬)알킬 또는 할로알킬일 수 있으며, R7및 R8은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 알킬, 아릴알킬로부터 선택되거나, 또는 R1및 R8, 또는 R1및 R7또는 R7및 R8은함께 5 내지 7-원고리를 형성하여, 이들은 이러한 5- 내지 7- 원 고리의 2탄소 원자에 융합된 아릴기를 더 포함할 수도 있으며, n은 1, 2 또는 3이고, R10은 수소, 히드록시, 알킬 또는 O-알킬이다.

- 제1항에 있어서, A는 단일 결합이고, R1은 아페닐 또는 페닐메틸이고, R2는 트랜스 -OH이고, R3및 R4는 각각 메틸이고, R5는 H이고, R6은 CN 또는 NO2이고, R7은 H이고, X는 O 또는 NCN이고, Y는 NR8이고, R8은 H인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (트랜스)-N″-시아노-N-(2-히드록시-3, 3-디메틸-6-니트로-1-인다닐)-N′-페닐구아니딘인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (트랜스)-N-(2-히드록시-3, 3-디메틸-6-니트로-1-인다닐)-N′-페닐우레아인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (트랜스)-N-(2-히드록시-3, 3-디메틸-6-니트로-1-인다닐)-N′-(페닐메틸)우레아인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (트랜스)-N-(6-브로모, 1, 2, 3, 4-테트라히드로-3-히드록시-2, 2-디메틸-4-퀴놀리닐)-N″-시아노-N′-페닐구아니딘인 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (트랜스)-N-(6-시아노, 1, 2, 3, 4-테트라히드로-3-히드록시-2, 2-디메틸-4-퀴놀리닐)-N″-시아노-N′-페닐구아니딘인 화합물.
