Claims (2)
- 액정층을 사이에 끼고 설치되는 한쌍의 투광성기판과, 한쪽 투광성기판의 액정층측표면에 설치되고 세그먼트측 투명전극과, 다른쪽 투광성기판의 액정층측면에 설치되는 커몬측 투명전극과, 세그먼트측 투명전극 및 커몬측 투명전극에 개별적으로 양극성 또는 음극성의 전압을 인가하는 구동수단과를 포함하는 액정표시장치에 있어서, 상기 세그먼트측 투명전극은, 미리 정하는 표시영역과, 표시영역에 전압을 공급하기 위하여 표시영역에 접속되는 접속영역과에 걸쳐서 형성되는 제1세그먼트전극과, 표시영역 및 접속영역이외의 나머지의 영역에 형성되는 제2세그먼트 전극과로 이루어지고, 상기 커몬측 투명전극은, 표시영역 및 나머지의 영역에 걸쳐서 형성되는 제1커몬전극과, 접속영역에 대응하여 형성되는 제2커몬전극과로 이루어지고, 표시영역을 표시상태로 할때는, 제1세그먼트전극 및 제1커몬전극에 각각 역극성의 전압을 인가하고 표시영역을 비표시상태로 할때는, 제1세그먼트전극 및 제1커몬전극에 각각 동극성의 전압을 인가하고, 제2세그먼트전극에는, 제1커몬전극과는 역극성의 전압을 인가하고, 제2커몬전극에는, 제1세그먼트전극과는 역극성의 전압을 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 액정층을 사이에 끼고 설치되는 한쌍의 토광성기판과, 상기 한쌍의 투광성기판의 어느 한쪽기판의 액정층측의 전면에 걸쳐서 설치되고, 투과광을 적색, 녹색, 청색의 어느 한색으로 선택하는 복수의 컬러필터와, 한쪽 투광성기판의 액정층측의 미리 정하는 표시영역에 설치되는 세그먼트측 투명전극과, 다른쪽 투광성 기판의 액정층측이고, 적어도 상기 표시영역을 포함하는 영역에 설치되는 커몬측 투명전극과, 세그면트측 투명전극 및 커몬측 투면전극에 개별적으로 양극성 또는 음극성의 전압을 인가하는 구동수단과를 포함하고, 상기 세그먼트측 투명전극은, 상기 3색의 컬러필터중 어느 한개의 컬러필터에 대응하여 형성되는 제 1세그먼트적극과, 제 1세그먼트전극에 대응하는 컬러필터이외의 2개의 컬러필터에 대응하여 형성되는 제2세그먼트 전극으로 이루어지고, 상기 커몬측 투명전극은, 상기 3색의 컬러필터중, 상기 제1세그먼트 전극에 대응하는 컬러필터이외의 어느 한개의 컬러필터에 대응하여 형성되는 제1커몬전극과, 제1커몬전극에 대응하는 컬러필터이외의 2개의 컬러필터에 대응하여 셩성되는 제2커몬전극과로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
