Claims (1)

  1. 산소이온 도전성이 있는 고체전해질의 외표면에 탄화물과 이 탄화물을 구성하고 있는 탄소이외의 원소와 산화물과의 혼합물이 피복된 탄소측정소자와, 대극을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 용철중의 탄소활량 측정용 프로브.
