Claims (10)
- 기재 오일과, 각각의 아암이, 수소화 전에, 중합화된 동역디엔 단량체 단위로 구성되고 3,000 내지 15,000 범위의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 적어도 4개의 아암을 포함하는 수소화된 성상중합체로 구성되는 기어오일 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공역 디엔 단량체단위는 부타디엔 단량체, 이소프렌 단량체 또는 그의 혼합물인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 각각의 아암은 5,000 내지 12,000 범위의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 한 항에 있어서, 수소화된 성상중합체는 25%이하의 전단 안정성 지수를 갖는 조성물.
- 제1항내지 4항중 한항에 있어서, 성상중합체 아암은 폴리알케닐 커플링 제와 커플되는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리알케닐 커플링제는 디비닐 벤젠인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 한 항에 있어서, 조성물 총중량을 기준으로, 수소화된 성상중합체 0.1 내지 20중량%을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 조성물 총중량을 기준으로, 수소화된 성상중합체 0.5 내지 10중량%를 함유하는 조성물.
- 기재 오일과 조성물 100중량부를 기준으로, 수소화된 성상 중합체1내지 15중량부를 혼합하는 것으로 구성되는 제1항 내지 8항에 정의한 기어오일 조성물의 제조방법.
- 대부분의 기재 오일로 구성되는 기어오일 조성물에서 점도지수 향상제 첨가물로서 각각의 아암이, 수소화전에, 중합된 공역디엔 단량체 단위로 구성되고 3,000내지 15,000 범위의 중량평균 분자량을 가지는, 적어도 4개의 아암을 포함하는 수소화된 성상중합체, 전체 조성물을 기준으로, 적어도 0.1중량%의 사용※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
