Claims (12)

  1. 합성수지 발포입자를 금형내에 충전하여 가열발포시켜서 발포성형체를 얻는 방법에 있어서, 금형내에 충전하는 발포입자의 중량을 계량하고, 일중중량의 발포입자를 금형내에 충전하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성형체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일정중량의 합성수지 발포입자를
    (단, V1은 형내에 충전된 발포입자의 충전전의 부피체적, V2는 목표로 하는 성형체의 체적)가 되는 충전율로 충전하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성형체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 합성수지 발포입작, 발포제를 함유한 수지입자를 내압용기에서 가압하에 발포시켜서 얻는 입자인 발포성형체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 합성수지 발포입자가 압출기 내에서 수지와 발포제를 응융혼련한 후, 스트렌드 상으로 압출발표시키고, 이어서 커트하여 얻은 입자인 발포성형체의 제보방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 합성수지 발포입자가, 내압용기 내에서 분산매로 수지입자와 발포제를 분산시켜서 가압하에 가열하고, 발포제를 수지입자에 함침시킨후, 대기압하에 방출하여 발포시켜서 얻은 입자인 발포성형체의 제조방법.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 발포하여 얻은 발포입자를 대기압하에 방치숙성한 후, 이 발포입자를 무기가스에 의해 가압처리하여 입자내압을 부여하고, 이어서 내압을 부여한 발포입자의 중량을 계랑하고, 일정중량의 발포입자를 금형내에 충전하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성형체의 제조방법.
  7. 제3항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발포하여 얻은 발포입자를, 대기압하에 방치숙성한 후, 발포입자의 중량을 계량하고, 일정중량의 발포입자를가 되는 충전율로 충전하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성형체의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금형에 충전된 발포입자를 2.0~4.5㎏/㎠·G의 가압증기로 가열성형하는 발포성형체의 제조방법.
  9. 중량 계량수단을 갖춘 계량호퍼와 계량호퍼내의 열가소성 수지 발포입자의 중량에 따라서 이 계량호퍼에의 발포입자의 공급량을 제어하는 발포입자 공급기와, 계량호퍼내에서 계량된 일정중량의 발포입자를 일시적으로 유지한 후에 이송하는 송립호퍼와 발포입자를 성형형에 충전하는 충전기로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 발포입자 충전장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 송립호퍼와 충전기와의 사이에 유지호퍼가 병열로 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 발포입자 충전장치.
  11. 제9 또는 10항에 있어서, 발포입자 공급기가 스크류피이더인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 발포입자 충전장치.
  12. 제9항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중량계량 수단이 계량호퍼에 연결된 복수의 로드셀에 의해 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 발포입자 충전장치.
