제1도는 본 발명에 관한 스크레이퍼 여과장치의 일실시예를 다목적 여과 장치에 사용하는 경우를 도시하는 일부 측면도,
제2도는 동상의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선 단면도,
제3도는 동상의 원통형상의 필터 요소의 일부 절결사시도.

Claims (10)

  1. 둘레면에 원하는 크기의 여과구멍을 개방시킨 여과둘레면을 갖는 통체내에 나선형상 스크루를 비접촉으로 회전이 자유롭게 배치하고, 이 스크루의 바깥 둘레면에 스크레이퍼기구를 스프링붙이로 원호형상의 다수로 분할된 분할 스크레이퍼편으로서 일정한 곳에 이동이 불가능하게 배열하고, 또한 상기 스프링에 의하여 항상 분할 스크레이퍼편의 바깥둘레끝을 여과 둘레면의 내면과 탄성시에 미끄럼 접촉하게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크레이퍼 여과장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 서로 이웃하는 분할 스크레이퍼편의 끝부분끼리를 서로 적층시켜 스크루압의 누설을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크레이퍼 여과장치.
  3. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 분할 스크레이퍼편의 하면에 판스프링을 일체적으로 고정시켜 나선형상 스크루의 바깥면끝에 뚫어 각 분할 스크레이퍼편 마다 구획된 구내에 끼워맞추고, 항상 바깥둘레방향으로 분할 스크레이퍼편이 돌출하는 작용을 나타내도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크레이퍼 여과장치.
  4. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 분할 스크레이퍼편의 하면을 나선형상 스쿠루의 바깥끝면에 뚫어 각 분할 스크레이퍼편마다 구획되는 홈내에 코일 스프링을 통하여 끼워 맞춤시켜 항상 바깥둘레방향으로 분할 스크레이퍼편의 돌출하는 작용을 나타내도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크레이퍼 여과장치.
  5. 제 1항 내지 4항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 각 분할 스크레이퍼편은 나선 형상 스크루의 바깥끝면에 뚫은 홈내에 각 분할 스크레이퍼편의 길이에 따른 곳에 돌기부를 설치하여 각 분할 스크레이퍼편의 이동을 방지하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크레이퍼 여과장치.
  6. 제 1항내지 제 5항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 나선형상 스크루의 바깥둘레면에 배열되는 스크레이퍼기구의 다수의 분할 스크레이퍼편은 압력이 고압측의 고형분 배출측에 위치하는 쪽을 피처리 유체 유입측의 압력이 저압측에 비하여 보다 더 내마모성이 큰 재료로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크레이퍼 여과장치.
  7. 제 1항내지 제 6항 어느 한항에 있어서, 통체는 동일직경의 원통체인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크레이퍼 여과장치.
  8. 제 1항 내지 제6항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 통체는 직경이 점차 다른 원추 대형상 통체인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크레이퍼 여과장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 통체의 여과둘레면은 단면2등변 삼각형의 선재를 코일형상으로 두루 감아 고정하여 이웃하는 선재 사이에 원하는 슬릿폭의 여과구멍을 형성함과 동시에 또한 선재의평탄한 바닥측을 안쪽으로 향하게하고, 첨예한 꼭지각 측을 바깥측으로 향하게 하여 원형상으로 권장하고, 안쪽을 연속한 평면으로 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크레이퍼 여과장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 통체의 여과둘레면은 단면 원형의 선재를 코일 형상으로 두루감아 고정하여 이웃하는 선재간에 원하는 슬릿측의 여과구멍을 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크레이퍼 여과장치.
