Claims (9)

  1. 실질적으로 주위 비건조 경화 조건하에서 수성-유기 어닐링 촉진제 용매의 존재하에 어닐링 평형에 도달하기에 충분한 시간 동안 필수적으로 콘택트렌즈 크기에 일치하는 주형내에서 어닐링되고, 팽윤된 총 렌즈 중량을 기준하여 약70 내지 약80중량%의 평형 수분함량을 갖는 크기가 안정한 폴리비닐 알코올의 하이드로겔 콘택트렌즈.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 렌즈를 약15℃ 내지 약30℃에서 약20시간 내지 약45일 동안 어닐링시킴을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 주조용액이 필수적으로 어닐링 촉진제 10 내지 약60중량% 폴리비닐 알코올 약18 내지 약30중량% 및 잔여분의 물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 어닐링 촉진재가 글리세린임을 특징으로 하는 콘택트렌즈.
  5. 수성-유기 어닐링 촉진제 용매 중의 폴리비닐 알코올 약18 내지 약35%를 함유하는 주조 용액을 제공하고, 이러한 용액을 실질적인 주위 비건조 경화 조건하에서 어닐링 평형에 도달하기에 충분한 시간 동안, 필수적으로 최종 콘택즈렌즈 크기에 일치하는 주형내에 놓아두며, 어닐링된 렌즈를 상기 주형으로부터 제거하고, 렌즈를 수용액으로 세척함으로써 유기 어닐링 촉진제 용매를 제거한 다음, 콘텍즈렌즈를 회수함을 포함하여, 팽윤된 렌즈 중량을 기준하여 70 내지 80중량%의 평형 수분 함량을 갖는 크기가 안정한 폴리비닐 알코올의 콘텍즈렌즈를 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 렌즈를 약15℃ 내지 약30℃에서 약20시간 내지 약45일 동안 어닐링키는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 주조용액이 필수적으로 어닐링 촉진제 10 내지 약60중량% 폴리비닐 알코올 약18 내지 약30중량% 및 잔여분의 물로 이루어지는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 어닐링 촉진제가 글리세린인 방법.
  9. 제5항의 방법에 따라서 수득가능한 콘텍즈렌즈.
