Claims (1)
- 비닐하우스 지주를 제조함에 있어서, 냉간인발된 고탄수 강선(1)을 직선 교정기에서 다수의 롤로(2)로 직선교정하고, 열처리로(3)에서 약 340℃~370℃정도로 가열하여 탄성을 부여하여 60℃~110℃정도로 냉각한 후 이 고탄소강선(1)PP(Poly Propylene) 약 60%-70%(중량)PE(Poly Ethlene)약 30%-40%(중량)로 배합한 카 수지물에 카본(carbon)약 1.5%(중량)첨가하여 약 220℃의 용융된 수지속으로 통과시켜서 얻어진 연속생산이 이루어지도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 비닐하우수스 지주 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
