코드판독 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본발명에 따른 방법에서 사용되는 병검사기의 사시도이며,
제2도는 대형테이타용량에도 불구하고 본발명에 따른 방법에 의해 신뢰할수 있게 판독되는 코드를 도시하고,
제3a도 및 제3b도는 각기 환상의 코드문자체인을 갖는 투명한 새병과 헌병의 순간촬영사진이며,
제4도는 본발명에 따른 방법에서 실질적으로 사용되는 막대그래프기술의 수개의 부분개략 설명도.

Claims (10)

  1. 카메라를 병복을 통하여 병의 저면부위로 향하게 하고, 외부에서 병의 저면부위를 비추고, 카메라에 의해 촬영된 코드문자체인을 저장하고 해독하는 투명병내의 저면상에 환상으로 배치된 코드문자체인을 판독하는 방법에 있어서, 완전한 코드문자체인을 갖는 병저면부위의 순간이미자가 취해지고 코드문자체인의 차후의 해독을 위하여 이미지로서 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코드판독방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 코드문자체인은 환상표면에 의해 형성되고, 각 코드문자는 단일비트를 의미하는바-형태의 섹터형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 코드판독방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 저장된 이미지는 코드문자체인을 해독하기 위하여 막대그래프기법으로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코드판독방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, (a) 코드문자체인에 의해 형성된 환상표면보다 안밖으로 더 큰 환상표면 형태의 패턴을 선택하고, (b) 상기 패턴의 환상표면을 하나의 코드문자섹터의 외주폭보다 작거나 동일한 외주폭을 갖게 패턴섹터를 다수개(Y)로 분할하고, (c)그 명암도에 비례하는 각 패턴섹터의 표면이 결정되는 막대그래프를 연산함으로서 다수의 픽셀형태로 각 패턴섹터를 상이한 명암도를 갖게 구별하고, (d) 패턴의 환상표면과 코드문자체인의 환상표면을 중첩하고, (e) 중첩을 통하여 코드문자의 명암도에 의해 감소된 패턴섹터 또는 인접한 패턴섹터그룹의 감소된 명암도 또는 표면을 결정하고, (f)감소된 명암도의 패턴섹터를 판독-오프문자체인으로 표시하고, (g) 명암도가 최초로 감소되는 섹터(스타트비트)로부터, 명암도가 마지막으로 감소되는 섹터(스톱비트)까지 코드문자체인을 해독하는, 단계들로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코드판독방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 단계(f)에서 결정되며 단계(g)에서 해독되는 코드문자체인의 시작과 종료를 결정하기 위하여, f.1) 1비트를 포함하는 패턴섹터(X)를 발견하기 위하여 상승하는 순서로 패턴섹터를 검사하고, 만일 이 경우에, F.2) 패턴섹터(X)를 제거한 패턴섹터들을(Y-1)패턴섹터에의해 검사하여 1비트를 포함하는가의 여부를 결정하여 만일 그렇다면 발견된 비트쌍을 스타트비트와 스톱비트로서 사용하고, 또한 그렇지 않다면, 한쌍의 비트를 발견할때까지 단계, f.1 및 f.2를 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코드판독방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 해밍간격에 의해 보증되는 28비트 또는 32비트의 바코드가 스타트비트와 스톱비트 사이에 6개의 검사비트와 나머지의 데이타비트를 포함하는 코드로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코드판독방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 데이타비트는 병의 날짜, 생산자 및 형태의 세분야 및 예비분야로 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코드판독방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 카메라는 병의 내저면 부위에 촛점이 맞추어져, 병의 외벽에 부착된 코드문자체인 및 병의 외주부가 최대로 되는 높이가 역시 촬영되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코드판독장치.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 플래쉬조명에 의해 극히 짧은 노출시간을 갖는 순간 이미지가 취해지는 것을 특지으로 하는 코드판독장치.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 순간 이미지는 카메라, 병 및 광원 사이에 회전 상대운동이 제로에서 취해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코드판독장치.
