Claims (31)

  1. (A)일반식(1)의 에폭시 수지(A-1)및 일반식 (2)의 에폭시 수지(A-2)로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 에폭시 수지 50재니 100중량%를 포함하는 에폭시 성분[여기서, 에폭시 수지(A-1)및 (A-2)는 (A-1)/(A-2)=100/0내지 50/50중량부의 비율로 존재한다], (B)디시안디아미드, 2,6-크실레닐비구아니드, 0-톨릴비구아니드, 디페닐구아니딘, 아디필디하이드라지드, 아젤라일 다하이드라지드 및 이소프탈산 디하이드라지드로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 화합물 하나 이상, (C)일반식(3)의 화합물, 및(D)아미드 또는 일반식(4)의 아민과 일반식 (5)또는 일반식(6)의 에폭시 화합물을 반응시켜 수득한 반응 생성물을 포함하는 복합재용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
    상기식에서,
    Q1Q2및 Q3은 각각그룹이고 n은 0내지 5의 수이며, R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹이고, R2은 -H, -COCH3또는 -CO-CH2-CO-CH3이며, X1및 X2는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고 각각 -H, -CL, -Br, -NO2, -CH3, -OCH3, -OC2H3또는이며, X3및 X4는 각각 -H, -C1, -Br또는 -OH이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(B)의 양이 에폭시 성분(A) 100중량부단 1내지 10중량부인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(B)가 디시안디아미드인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(C)의 양이 에폭시 성분(A) 100중량부당 1.5내지 15중량부인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(C)가 3-(3,4-디클로로페닐)-1,1-디메틸우레아인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 생성물 (D)의 양이 에폭시 성분(A), 화합물(B) 및 화합물 (C)의 100총량 100중량부당 5내지 100중량부인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 생성물(D)이 p-하이드록시아세트아닐리드 또는 아세트아닐리드와 페닐 글리시딜 에테르의 반응 생성물인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 생성물(D)이 아닐린과 4-비닐 사이클로헥센 이산화물의 반응 생성물인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 수지 조성물이 에폭시 수지(A-1)및 (A-2)와는 다른 에폭시 수지 50중량%이하를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  10. (I)(A)일반식(I)의 에폭시수지(A-1)및 일반식(2)의 에폭시 수지(A-2)로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 에폭시 수지 50내지 100중량%를 포함하는 에폭시 성분[여기서, 에폭시 수지(A-1)및 (A-2)는 (A-1)/(A-2)=100/내지 50/50중량부의 비율로 존재한다], (B)디시안디아미드, 2,6-크실레닐비구아니드, 0-톨릴비구아니드, 디페닐구아니딘, 아디필 다하이드라지드, 아젤라일 디하이드라지드 및 이소프탈산 디하이드라지드로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 화합물 하나 이상, (C)일반식(3)의 화합물, 및(D)아미드 또는 일반식(4)의 아민과 일반식(5)또는 일반식(6)의 에폭시 화합물을 반응시켜 수득한 반응 생성물을 포함하는 에폭시 수지 조성물, 및(Ⅱ)일방향으로 배향된 섬유 강화물을 포함하는 복합재용 프리프레그 조성물.
    상기식에서,
    Q1Q2및 Q3은 각각그룹이고 n은 0내지 5의 수이며, R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹이고, R2은 -H, -COCH5또는 -CO-CH2-CO-CH3이며, X1및 X2는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고 각각 -H, -CL, -Br, -NO2, -CH3, -OCH3, -OC2H3또는이며, X3및 X4는 각각 -H, -C1, -Br또는 -OH이다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 화합물(B)의 양이 에폭시 성분(A) 100중량부당 1내지 10중량부인 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 화합물(B)가 디시안디아미드인 조성물.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 화합물(C)의 양이 에폭시 성분(A) 100중량부당 1.5내지 15중량부인 조성물.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 화합물(C)가 3-(3,4-디클로로페닐)-1,1-디메틸우레아인 조성물.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 반응 생성물 (D)의 양이 에폭시 성분(A), 화합물(B)및 화합물 (C)의 총량 100중량부당 5내지 100중량부인 조성물.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 반응 생성물(D)이 p-하이드록시아세트아닐리드 또는 아세트아닐리드와 페닐 글리시딜 에테르의 반응 생성물인 조성물.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 반응 생성물(D)이 아닐린과 4-비닐 사이클로헥센 이산화물의 반응 생성물인 조성물.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 수지 조성물이 에폭시 수지(A-1) 및 (A-2)와는 다른 에폭시 수지 50중량%이하를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  19. 제10항에 있어서, 섬유 강화물이 유리 섬유, 유기 섬유 또는 금속섬유를 포함하는 조성물.
  20. 제10항에 있어서, 섬유 강화물이 탄소섬유를 포함하는 조성물.
  21. (I)(A)일반식(I)의 에폭시수지(A-1)및 일반식(2)의 에폭시 수지(A-2)로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 에폭시 수지 50내지 100중량%를 포함하는 에폭시 성분[여기서, 에폭시 수지 (A-1)및 (A-2)는 (A-1)/(A-2)=100/0내지 50/50중량부의 비율로 존재한다], (B)디시안디아미드, 2,6-크실레닐비구아니드, 0-틀릴비구아니드, 디페닐구아니딘, 아디필 디하이드라지드, 아젤라일 디하이드라지드 및 이소프탈산 디하이드라지드로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 화합물 하나 이상, (C)일반식 (3)의 화합물, 및(D)아미드 또는 일반식(4)의 아민과 일반식(5)또는 일반식(6)의 에폭시 화합물을 반응시켜 수득한 반응 생성물을 포함하는 경화된 에폭시 수지 조성물, 및 (Ⅱ)복합재를 기준으로, 일방향으로 배향된 섬유 강화물 약60용적%를 포함하는 경화된 탄소섬유 강화된 복합재.
    상기식에서,
    Q1Q2및 Q3은 각각그룹이고 n은 0내지 5의 수이며, R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹이고, R2은 -H, -COCH3또는 -CO-CH2-CO-CH3이며, X1및 X2는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고 각각 -H, -CL, -Br, -NO2, -CH3, -OCH3, -OC2H3또는이며, X3및 X4는 각각 -H, -C1, -Br또는 -OH이다.

  26. 제21항에 있어서, 반응 생성물 (D)의 양이 에폭시 성분(A), 화하불(B)및 화합물(C)의 총량 100중량부당 5내지 100중량부인 복합재.
  27. 제21항에 있어서, 반응 생성물 (D)이 p-하이드록시아세트아닐리드 또는 아세트아닐리드와 페닐 글리시딜 에테르의 반응 생성물인 복합재.
  28. 제21항에 있어서, 반응 생성물(D)이 아닐린과 4-비닐 사이클로헥센 아산화물의 반응 생성물인 복합재.
  29. 제21항에 있어서, 수지 조성물이 에폭시 수지(A-1)및 (A-2)와는 다른 에폭시 수지 50중량%이하를 추가로 함유하는 복합재.
  30. 제21항에 있어서, 섬유 강화물이 유리 섬유, 유기 섬유 또는 금속섬유를 포함하는 복합재.
