Claims (11)

  1. 엠보싱 장치에 있어서, 수평축 주위를 회전가능한 롤사이에서 닙을 형성하는 엠보싱롤, 백업롤(a)과, 열가소성 시이트가 롤러상부로 들어가는 통상의 수평위치에서 닙내로 롤러를 배출하는 통상의 수직위치까지 이동함에 따라 열가소성의 재료의 시이트를 활수 가능하게 지지하기 위하여 닙에서 떨어져서 수직으로 위쪽으로 곡선을 이루며, 닙상부에 수직으로 고정되도록 배치된 천공된 금속롤러(b)와, 롤러위로 열가소성 재료의 시이트를 끌어당기는 장치(c)와, 롤러위에서 롤러에서 닙까지 열가소성 재료의 시이트를 끌어당기는 장치(d)와, 상기 위치를 따라서 이동하는 열가소성 재료의 시이트를 가열하기 위하여 롤러를 가열하는 장치(e)로 구성되는 엠보싱 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 롤러를 따라서 이동하는 열가소성 재료의 시이트를 가열하는 것을 돕는 곡선을 이룬 롤러위에 수직으로 배치된 장치(f)를 포함하는 엠보싱 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 롤러가 스테인레스강으로 이루어진 엠보싱 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 롤러를 따라서 이동하는 열가소성 재료의 시이트에서 거리를 두고 배치된 롤러의 하부에 고정되고 롤러의 하부를 따라서 횡방향으로 배치되는 다수의 전기적으로 작동하는 스트립 히터를 포함하는 롤러를 가열하기 위한 장치(e)가 있는 엠보싱 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 롤러상의 가열 장치(f)가 다수의 적외선 히터를 포함하는 엠보싱 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 롤러까지 시이트의 이동에 대해 롤러이 상부 흐름으로 즉시 열가소성 재료의 시이트를 맞물리게 하기 위한 인장롤을 포함하는 엠보싱 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 롤러에서 백업롤을 구동하기 위한 장치를 포함하는 닙으로 열가소성 재료의 시이트를 끌어당기기 위한 장치(d)를 포함하는 엠보싱 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 시이트에 의하여 먼저 접촉된 롤러의 단부에서 수평으로 거리를 두고 배치된 롤러 상부의 수직으로 배치된 구동롤의 조립체를 포함하는 롤러위로 열가소성 재료의 시이트를 끌어당기기 위한 장치(c)를 포함하는 엠보싱 장치.
  9. 열가소성 재료를 엠보싱하는 방법에 있어서, 엠보싱롤과 백업롤에 의하여 형성된 닙내로 수직되는 하부쪽으로 가열된 재료를 안내하기 위하여 곡선을 이루고 배치된 고정되고 가열되며 천공된 금속 롤러를 가로질러 활주 가능하고 지지된 관계에 있는 재료를 통과시킴에 의하여 엠보싱전에 재료를 예열하는 단계로 구성되는 엠보싱 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 재료가 처음으로 롤러와 마주침에 따라 통상 수평 통로로 이동하기 위하여 배치되고 곡선을 이루는 롤러가 있는 엠보싱 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 직물과 종이의 집합으로 이루어지는 기판을 보강하는 비닐로 재료가 구성되는 엠보싱 방법.
