제1A도는 본 발명에 의한 코넥터의 플러그 몸체와 암형 재결합커플링(female reconstitution coupling)의 변형된 구성을 도시한 발췌 단면도,
제3도는 발명에 의한 코넥터의 해체된 상태 사시도.

Claims (11)

  1. 결합될 각 섬유의 단부에 설치된 2개의 플러그핀과, 이 2개의 플러그핀을 대면하여 지지하고 배열하기 위한 길이방향의 구멍을 가지고, 각 플러그핀은 접속될 광섬유를 함유한 케이블에 부착된 플러그몸체에 보지되며, 각 플러그몸체와 스냅로킹수단을 갖는 커플링이 그 플러그몸체를 커플링상에 축방향으로 단단히 고착되도록 상호 작용하는 암형 재결합커플링과; 각 플러그몸체 주위에 설치되고, 커플링쪽으로의 축방향 움직임에 의해 플러그몸체와 커플링의 상호작용 로킹수단을 계합시키고, 상기와 반대방향으로의 축방향 움직임에 의해 상기 상호작용 로킹수단을 해체하며 플러그몸체를 커필링으로부터 분리하는 슬라이딩칼라를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 암형 재결합커플링(1)은 그 외부표면(15)이 플러그몸체(4)을 위한 기계적인 안내표면과 적어도 커플링(1)내 플러그핀(14)을 위한 기계적인 안내표면으로서 제공되는 내부표면의 일부로 구성된 관형축방편(10)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유용 코넥터
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플러그몸체(2)와 상기 암형 재결합커플링(1)은 상호 접촉된 연속적이고, 기계적인 안내표면들(28, 15)을 갖고 있으며, 상기 표면들은 플러그몸체 및 커플링상에서 각각 이들 요소들상에 각각 구비된 상호작용수단(30, 16)을 넘어 신장됨을 특징으로 하는 광섬유용 코넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플러그몸체(2)와 상기 암형 재결합커플링(1)은 서로서로 좁은 틈새를 가지고 대향하고 있고, 플러그몸체(28A, 28B)의 단부들에 배치되고, 이들 요소들상에 각각 구비된 상호작용 로킹수단을(30, 16)의 양편상의 커플링(15A, 15B)의 단부들이 각각 배치된 2개의 기계적인 안내표면을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 광섬유용 코넥터.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 관형편(10)은 상기 안내표면(28)을 갖는 플러그몸체의 벽(27)의 내부에 대응하는 비원형부, 특히 불규칙한 다각형부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유용 코넥터.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플러그몸체(2)는 그 후부에 플러그몸체를 광섬유케이블(5)에 부착하는 수단을 가지며, 상기 수단은 작동슬라이더(3)가 상기 플러그몸체(2)의 주위에 설치될때 조차 고착목적상 접근가능함을 특징으로 하는 광섬유용 코넥터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수단(31)은 상기 플러그몸체(2)의 후단부면(rear end face)으로부터 축방향으로 신장된 관형돌출부(31)로 구성되고, 그 주위에 광섬유케이블의 보호피복(7) 및/또는 외장보호막(6)이 주변페루울을 크림핑하여 고착됨을 특징으로 하는 광섬유용 코넥터.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플러그몸체와 커플링이 상호작용로킹수단은 오돌오돌한 단부(30)와 커플링의 외벽(9)내의 개구부(16)에 고정하기 위해 계합하는 방사상 탄력성을 갖는 설부(29)를 가지고 있으며, 상기 로킹칼라(3)는 후방쪽으로 이동될때 상기 설부의 단부들이 내부로 압박되고 밀려짐으로써 커플링의 외벽내 개구부로부터 상기 설부들의 단부들을 해제하는데 적합함을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 코넥터.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플러그핀(4)은 그 후부에 플러그몸체의 내면사이에 스냅로킹수단(24)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 광섬유용 코넥터.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플러그몸체(2)는 그 주위에 압축스프링(23)이 설치된 환형슬리브(33)를 내부에 포함하여, 일단에서는 슬리브의 기부(34)에 대해 밀어내고 타단에서는 플러그핀(4)내 단부리세스(22)의 저벽에 대해 밀어내는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유용 코넥터.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 압축스프링(23)은 플러그몸체(2)에 부착되도록 상기 슬리브(33)상에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 광섬유용 코넥터.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 커플링(1)및 로킹칼라(3)는 상호 방향설정을 위한 시각 표지(17, 40)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유용 코넥터.
