Claims (5)

  1. 가스차단성 시이트재로 형성되고, 비산화성분위기로 이루어진 수용부가 형성된 포장재에, 배선회로를 노출시킨 배선호로기판이 밀봉포장되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배성회로기판 포장체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 포장재가, 복수재의 수용부가 연달아 형성된 것으로 이루어지고, 각 수용부마다 배선회로기판이 밀봉포장되어있는 것을 특징으로하는 배선회로기판포장체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 포장재가, 맞포개진 장척형상시이트재의 대향면이 긴쪽방향을 따라서 복수개의 태두리형태로 접합되고, 이 태두리형태접합부의 내부공간을 복수개의 수용부로 이룩한 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 배선 회로기판 포장체.
  4. 특허청구범위 제3항에 배선회로기판 포장체로부터 배선회로기판을 인출하는 방법으로서, 2매의 장척형상시이트재가 맞포개져서 이루어진 장척형상의 배선회로기판포장체에 대서, 시이트재끼리의 접합을 순차적으로 해제하면서, 2매의 시이트재를 각각의 방향으로 떼어놓고, 시이트재사이의 배선회로 기판을 인출하도록하는 것을 특징으로하는 배선회로기판포장체로부터의 배선회로기판 인출방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 장척형상의 배선회로기판포장체를 1쌍의 분리로울러사이에 밀어넣고, 맞포개진 2매의 시이트재기리의 접합을 순차적으로 해제하면서, 양시이트재를 각각의 쪽의 분리로울러를 따라서 각각의 방향으로 잡아떼어감아내고, 포장재로부터 노출된 배선회로기판을 분리로울러의 사이로부터 내보내도록하는 것을 특징으로하는 배선호로기판포장체로부터의 배선회로기판 인출방법.
