이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 합사공정(제4a도)에서 합사시킨 원사(f')가 권취된 더블플랜지드목관(42)을 그대로 열처리기(45)의 크릴스탠드축(46)에 바로 삽입하여서 열처리를 위한 해사를 실시할수 있는 것으로서, 제2a도에 도시된 바와 같이 더블플랜지드목관(42)에 권취시킨 합사된 원사(f')가 플라이어(4)의 큰 휘일(9)에 형성된 실걸이홈 (8)에 걸려진 상태에서 열처리(45)에 의해서 장력을 받게되면 플라이어(4)의 베어링커버(11)가 클러치(5)의 마찰판(15)과 밀착하면서 고정봉(3)에 끼워진 압축코일스프링 (7)을 압축시키게 되어 더블플랜지드목관(42)과 플라이어(4)는 분리되고 플라이어(4)와 함께 회전되면서 더블플랜지드목관(42)의 플랜지(42')와 접촉이 방지된채 원활하게 해사되는 것이고, 해사도중 절사가 발생될 경우에는 제2b도에 도시된 바와 같이 플라이어(4)에 작용되던 해사장력이 없어지게 되어 플라이어(4)가 클러치(5)와 함께 압축코일스프링(7) 의 탄성회복력에 의해서 이동되어 더블플랜지드목관(42)과 밀착되므로 플라이어(7)의 공회전이 방지된다. 따라서 플라이어(4)의 공회전에 의해 절사된 사조가 감기는 현상을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 것이다.The present invention configured as described above is heat-treated by inserting the double flanged wood pipe 42 wound with the yarn f 'spun in the fusing process (Fig. 4a) directly into the krill stand shaft 46 of the heat treatment machine 45.
