제1도는 본 발명의 일회용 기저귀 실시 태양으로서 그 내부 및 회수 및 반복 사용가능한 밸트와 밑판 어셈블리의 관계를 도시한 투시도이고, 여기서 탑시트(top sheet)의 일부분을 절단하여 흡수 밑판 어셈블리의 하부 구조를 더 명확히 도시하였다. 제2도는 본 발명의 흡수 밑판 어셈블리를 평편하게 편상태를 도시한 평면동이다. 제3A도는 절단선 3A-3A를 따라서 절단한 제2도는 단면도이며, 본 발명의 통기성 다리 커프스(cuffs)를 도시한다. 제3B도는 절단선 3B-3B를 따라서 절단한 제2도의 단면도이며, 본 발명의 통기성 다리 커프스의 다른 실시 태양을 도시한다. 제3C도는 절단선 3A-3A를 따라서 절단한 단면도이며, 본 발명의 통기성 다리 커프스의 또 다른 실시 태양을 도시한다.

Claims (23)

  1. 액체 투과성 신체 접촉 시트, 거의 액체 불투과성인 백시트, 백시트와 접촉 시트 사이에 함유된 액체 흡수성코어, 세로축을 따라서 배치된 전방부, 가랑이부 및 후방부, 대개 세로축에 평행하게 연장된 1쌍의 측면 가장 자리 및 대개 세로축을 가로질러 연장된 전단부 가장자리와 후단부 가장자리로 구성되고, 이 각각의 측면 가장자리는 전방 가장자리와 후방 가장자리를 일회용 흡수 밑판 어셈블리, 밑판 어셈블리로 부터 분리 가능하고 중앙부및 서로 떼었다 붙일 수 있는 고정되지 않는 1쌍의 종단부를 갖는 반복 사용이 가능한 탄성 벨트 및 벨트를 코어로 부터의 액체와 격리된 상태로 제거가능토록 유지시키고, 착용자의 몸통 둘레에 벨트의 종단부를 서로 부착시킬때 착용자의 하복부에 해당하는 밑판 어셈블리의 전방부 내에서 코어체에 가로질러 연장된 지지선을 설정하며, 배출된 신체 배설물을 사용 중에 흡수하도록 벨트를 조여서 밑판 어셈블리를 안정되게 착용시키는, 전방부 및 후방부에 위치하는 수단을 이루어진 기저귀 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벨트가 추가로 중앙부와 종단부를 각각 연계하는 1쌍의 측면부를 가지며, 전방 측면가장자리와 후방측면 가장자리를 연결 할때 착용자의 피부를 따라서 접촉되도록 이루어진 기저귀 제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 벨트가 통기성 직물로 이루어지고 측부를 따라서 탄성화된 기저귀 제품.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 벨트 단부에 신체 크기에 안정되게 맞도록 조정가능한 맞물린 기계적 막음새(Closures)가 제공된 지저귀 제품.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 막음새가 벨트의 맞물리는 종단부의 중첩되는 표면 상에 배치된 훅-앤-루우프 조임탭(tabs)인 기저귀 제품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 탄성 다리 커프스로 이루어진 제품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 다리 커프스가 다수의 탄성사에 의해 탄성화된 기저귀 제품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 다리 커프스의 통기성 재료로 이루어진 기저귀 제품.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 다리 커프스의 통기성 재료가 액체 투과성 부직물을 함유하는 기저귀 제품.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 다리 커프스에 의해 측면 가장자리의 가랑이부가 신체 접촉 시트 표면으로 부터 상향된 기저귀 제품.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액체 흡수 코어가 단부 가장자리와 측면 가장자리 사이에 위치하며, 액체 목표 구역을 설정하는 액체 흡수 상층 및 상층과 거의 분리되어 형성되며 상층과 액체 소통이 되는 히드로겔 함유 액체저장 하층으로 이루어지는 기저귀 제품.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 액체 저장 하층이 상층 보다 작은 면적을 갖는 분리된 탈지면으로 되며, 상층과 액체소통이 되는 기저귀 제품.
  13. 액체 흡수성 코어의 말단부 근처에서 서로 결합된 액체 투과성 신체 접촉 라이너 및 액체 불투과성 장벽(barrier), 신체면 및 배면을 갖고 밑판 어셈블리의 적어도 전반부 내에서 배면에 집중된 히드로겔을 함유하며, 세로축에 가로질러 각각 연장된 전단부 가장자리 및 후단부 가장자리와 함께 세로 축을 따라 배치된 연속적인 전방부, 가랑이부 및 후방부를 갖는 대략적인 직사삭형 형태를 설정하는 코어, 코어의 말단 외측에 세로축과 평행하게 연장된 전방구역, 가랑이구역 및 후방구역을 각각 갖는 1쌍의 측면 가장자리, 1쌍의 오므려지는 다리 커프스에 의해서 탄성화 되는 가랑이 영역, 측면가장자리 전방 및 후방 영역에 측면으로 배열된 1쌍의 천공창, 전단부 가장자리 아래에 세로로 위치된 1쌍의 천창으로 이루어진 일회용 밑판 어셈블리 및 밑판 어셈블리로 부터 분리 가능하고, 신장된 중앙부 및 서로 부착가능한 1쌍의 고정되지 않은 종단부를 가지며, 맞물리는 기계적 막음새를 가지며, 전창쌍 및 후창쌍을 통하여 분리가능하게 꿰어지게 되고, 벨트 중앙부를 밑판 어셈블리의 후방부에 부착시키고, 고정되지않은 종단부가 밑판 어셈블리의 전방부를 지나 서로 조여지며, 착용자의 하복부에 해당하는 전방부 내의 코어체를 가로질러 연장되는 지지선을 제공하고, 배설된 신체 배설물을 흡수하기 위하여 착용자에 대하여 밑판 어셈블리를 안정되게 위치 시키도록 조이는 반복 사용 가능한 탄성 벨트로 구성되는 기저귀 제품.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 상층 및 상층과 분리되어 형성되고 히드로겔을 함유하는 하층을 갖는 기저귀 제품.
  15. 액체 흡수 코어의 말단부 근처에서 서로 결합된 액체 투과성 신체 접촉 라이너 및 액체 불투과성 장벽을 가지며, 세로축을 따라서 배치된 연속적인 전방부, 가랑이부 및 후방부, 세로축에 대하여 각각 가로 질러 연장되어 있는 전단부 가장자리 및 후단부 가장자리, 코어의 말단부 외측으로 세로축을 따라 대략 평행하게 연장된 전방 영역, 가랑이 영역 및 후방 영역을 각각 갖는 1쌍의 측면 가장자리로 이루어진 대개 직사각형인 복합체를 설정하고, 측면 가장 자리의 전방 영역 및 후방 영역 각각이 그 내부에 측면 배열된 1쌍의 천공창을 가지며, 전창쌍이 전단부 가장 자리 밑에 셀로 위치하는 일회용 밑판 어셈블리 및 신장된 중앙부 및 서로 부착가능한 고정되지 않은 종단부를 가지며, 벨트의 중앙부는 후방부에 오고, 고정되지않능 종단부는 밑판 어셈블리의 전방부를 지나게 하여 상기 전창쌍 및 후창쌍을 통하여 회수가능토록 꿰어서 서로 부착되면서 착용자의 하복부에 해당하는 전방부 내의 코어체를 가로질러 연장된 지지선을 제공하며, 사용중에 배설된 신체 배설물을 흡수하기위하여 밑판 어셈블리를 안정되게 위치시키도록 조이는 반복 사용 가능한 벨트로 이루어진 기저귀 제품.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 벨트가 1쌍의 신장된 측부를 따라서 선택적으로 탄성화되고, 각각 중앙부와 단부를 연계시키도록 연장되어, 밑판 어셈블리의 전방 측면 가장자리와 후방 측면 가장자리를 연결시키면서 착용자 피부에 접촉되는 기저귀 제품.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 벨트가 수 회의 세탁에 견딜 수 있는 통기성 직물로 이루어진 기저귀 제품.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 벨트의 종단부에 신체 크기에 안정되게 맞도록 조절 가능한 맞물리는 기계적 막음새가 있는 기저귀 제품.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 측면 가장자리가 다수의 탄송수에 의해 각각 탄성화된 1쌍의 통기성 다리 커프스로 구성되어 측면 가장자리가 탑시트 표면으로부터 상향되는 기저귀 제품.
  20. 제15항에 있어서, 코어에 히드로겔이 함유된 기저귀 제품.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 코어가, 추가로 말단 가장자리의 측면 가장자리 사이 각각에 위치하며, 액체 목표 대역을 갖는 액체 흡수 상층 및 거의 모든 히드로겔을 함유하는 액체 저장 하층을 갖는 기저귀 제품.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기하층 보다 작은 표면적을 갖는 분리된 탈지면으로 이루어진 지저귀 제품.
