제 1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 마그네트론의 일부 파단 종단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 마그네트론에 있어서의 절연관의 일부파단 확대 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 음극관, 상기 음극쪽으로 돌출해서 공진공동을 형성하는 다수개의 약극베인을 내주면에 가진 양극통체와, 상기 양극통체의 양측 개구단부에 서로 대향헤서 배설된 자계수속용의 깔때기 형상의 제 1 및 제 2의 자극편과, 상기 양극통체의 출력측 개구단부에 금속관을 개재해서 금속재의 배기관을 봉착하고, 상기 양극통체내의 양극베인으로부터 뻗어나온 마이크로파 도출용 도체를 상기 배기관내에 접속시킨 마크네트론에 있어서, 상기 절연관에 원환형상의 절연 바닥면이 일체적으로 형성되어 있고, 이 절연 바닥면에는 마이크로파 도출용 도체를 비접촉으로 관통시키는 관통구멍과, 개구부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연 바닥면에는 그 중심점에 대하여 특정고조파 파장의 약 1/2이 되도록 개구부를 비대칭으로 형성하여 선로공진형 필터수단을 구성하고, 이 선로공진형 필터수단은 특정고조파를 감쇠 및 반사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연 바닥면에는 특정 고조파 파장의 약 1/2의 길이를가진 슬롯이 바닥면의 중심점에 대하여 비대칭으로 복수개 형성되어서 복수종류의 선로공지형 필터수단을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론.
