항생선 알리사마이신, 이의 제조방법 및 용도

제1도는 알리사마이신(Alisamycin)의 IR 분석 결과를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 알리사마이신(Alisamycin) 화합물.
  2. 호기성 조건하에 탄소 공급원, 질소 공급원, 영양물 무기염 및 미량 원소를 함유하는 영양 배지 중에서 악티노마이세트(actinomycete) 배양균 Y-88, 31582(DSM 5559)를 배양시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항의 청구된 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 배양을 18 내지 40℃ 에서 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 또는 3항에 있어서, 배양을 pH 6내지 9에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제2항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배양을 27℃(±1℃) 및 pH 7에서 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제2항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배양을 23시간 이상 동안 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제2항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 배양을 침수 배양으로서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 경우에 따라, 통상적인 보조제 및/또는 부형제와 혼합된 제1항에 따른 화합물을 포함하는 약제.
  9. 항생 활성, 항종양 활성 및 기생충 억제 활성을 갖는 약제를 제조하기 위한 제1항에 따른 화합물의 용도.
  10. 악티노마이세트 배양균 Y-88, 31582(DSM 5559).
