제1도는 본 발명 처리방법의 블럭형 공정도, 제2도는 본 발명 실시예로서의 처리공정 및 장치도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 각종 폐유를 열매체보일러(4)의 배관(12)이 설치된 가열탱크(1)에 투입하여 200℃ 이상으로 15-30분간 서서히 교반하면서 가열한후 상기 폐유를 원심분리기(3)내로 투입시켜 폐유가 원심분리기(3)의 회전체내부를 통과하면서 물과 기름은 분리되어 혼합유 저장탱크(5)에 유입되게 하고, 한편 폐유의 찌꺼기는 상기 회전체의 배출구를 통하여 유분이 거의 없는 상태로 패기물탱그(6)에 적재되게 하며, 다음 혼합유 저장탱크(5)에 저장된 혼합유(14)를 교반탱크(7)내로 유입시켜 촉매제를 첨가시키고 교반기(10)로 교반을 계속하되 교반탱크(7)의 외부순환관(16)의 일개소에 설치괸 RPM 6000-8000으로 가동되는 유화기(11)를 수회 통과하도록 한후 정제유 저장탱크에 유입시켜 연료로서 재사용할 수 있는 정제유를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 각종 폐유의 종말 처리방법.
  2. 열매체 보일러(4)의 배관(12)이 내부에 설치되고, 투입된 각종 페유를 교반하기 위한 다수개의 교반기(2)가 설치된 가열탱크(1)와, 폐기물(18)과, 물과 기름을 분리하기 위한 회전체(19)를 갖는 횡형의 원심분리기 (3)와, 상기 원심분리기(3)에서 분리된 혼합물(물+기름)을 일시 저장하기 위한 혼합유 저장탱크(5)와, 촉매제 투입구를 가지며 유입된 혼합유를 교반하기 위한 교반기(10)가 설치되되 외부 순환관(16)을 갖는 교반탱크(7)와, 상기 교반탱크(7)의 외부 순환관(16)의 일개소에 설치되는 RPM 6000-8000으로 가동되는 유화기(11)와, 상기 교반탱크(7)에서 정제된 정제유가 유입되는 정제유 저장탱크(9)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 각종 패유의 종말 처리장치.
