Claims (2)
- 기호성과 색상이 우수한 생강차를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 생강을 1∼4㎜ 로 슬라이스 한 다음 건조하고 (30∼70℃, 2∼10시간)분쇄기에서 3∼170메쉬로 분쇄시킨 다음 생간분말 1g : 주정(10∼80%) 1∼8㎖ 로 혼합시켜 추출기에 의해 추출한 다음 여과시킨 여액을 진공농축기에서 농축시키되 농축정도를 20∼50 Brix%로 하여 생강엑스를 얻으며, 얻어진 생강엑스를 부형재와 혼합, 건조시켜 생강차를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 상기 생강차의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부형재에 대한 상기 생강엑스의 중량비는 5∼45wt%의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
