Claims (5)
- 벤질 클로라이드와 톨루엔 또는 저급 벤질톨루엔 올리고머와의 축합을 염화제2철의 존재하에 수행하고, 그런다음 염소화된 유기 생성물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벤질톨루엔 올리고머의 합성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염소화된 유기 생성물을 나트륨 또는 알칼리금속 알콜레이트, 바람직하게는 소듐메틸레이트와 반응시킴으로써 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염소화된 유기 생성물을 제거하기 전에 여분의 톨루엔을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 염소화된 유기 생성물의 제거에 착수하기 전에 벤질톨루엔 전부 또는 일부를 축합단계로 채순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 염소함량이 낮은 벤질톨루엔 올리고머의 회수를 위한 증류에서 수득된 중질 분획을 염소화된 유기 생성물의 제거단계로 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 재순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
