Claims (10)

  1. 서로 분리될 수 있는 최소한 한쌍의 고정접촉자와 가동접촉자, 퍼퍼실린더가 가동접촉자와 실린더에 연결되고 위치가 전류차단시에 접촉자들 사이에 발생된 아크로 불어낸 아크 소호성 가스에 적합하며, 퍼퍼실린더 및 퍼퍼피스톤을 가진 압력발생부, 가동접촉자를 둘러싼 커버, 압축가스가 퍼퍼실린더에서 발생가스로 공급되는 유동통로를 형성하도록 커버와 고정 접촉자를 둘러싸고 퍼퍼실린더에서 연장하는 절연노즐, 유동통로에 제공된 정류부재로 이루어진 퍼퍼식 가스차단기에 있어서, 상기 유동정류부재는 퍼퍼실린더에서 연장하고 상기 커버상에 장착되며 상기 유동통로는 확장부의 상류에 유동통로부 보다 큰 가스유동단면적을 가진 확장부를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼퍼식 가스차단기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동통로의 확장부가 상기 커버의 측면에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼퍼식 가스차단기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동통로의 확장부 용적이 반경방향으로 절연노즐이 내부면에 홈을 파서 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하느 퍼퍼식 가스차단기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동통로의 확장부의 용적이 고정접촉측상의 그 축방향으로 절연 노즐의 내면에 홈을 파서 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼퍼식 가스차단기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동정류부재가 절연 노즐상에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼퍼식 가스차단기 .
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유동정류부재가 커버상에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼퍼식 가스차단기.
  7. 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, 전도성 시일드가 유동정류부재상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼퍼식 가스차단기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 원주방향으로 연장하는 다수개의 그루브가 상기 절연노즐 및 커버의 외면 중 최소한 하나에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 퍼퍼식 가스차단기.
  9. 퍼퍼실린더 및 피스톤을 가진 퍼퍼식 가스차단기의 접촉자를 덮는 커버에 있어서, 원통형 본체, 상기 유동정류부재가 그 외측면을 따라 본체의 축방향으로 연장하고 가스 공급구들 사이에 위치하여 실린더에 형성된 많은 가스 공급구에 대응하는 다수개의 유동정류부재로 이루어진 커버에 있어서, 상기 커버와 절연노즐 사이의 반경방향으로의 공간 단면적 보다 큰 단면적을 가진 쳄버가 상기 절연 노즐이 커버를 둘러싸도록 부착될 경우 절연노즐의 측면상에 있는 커버의 단부와 절연노즐 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커버.
  10. 상기 제1 삽입구가 그 중심축을 따라 일반적으로 노즐본체의 일단에서 연장하고 가동접촉자가 삽입되기에 적합한 제1삽입구, 상기 삽입구에서 떨어진 단부에서 일반적으로 축방향으로 연장하고 퍼퍼실린더에 형성된 다수개의 가스공급구와 각각 연통하도록 노즐본체에 형성된 다수개의 유동통로, 상기 유동통로의 것보다 큰 단면적을 가진 노즐본체에 형성된 확장쳄버, 상기 제1삽입구가 중심 구멍을 포함하고 고정접촉자가 삽입되는 제2삽입구가 노즐본체의 타단에 형성되는 각각의 단부의 확장 쳄버와 연통하는 유동통로로 이루어진 퍼퍼식 가스차단기의 절연노즐.
