Claims (2)
- 일정온도로 가열된 모래를 폐비닐과 함께 압출기에 투입하여 혼합반죽되게하고 모래와 폐비닐의 혼합 반죽물을 일정크기로 절단한 다음 롤러로 밀어 원형판을 만들고 원형판을 프레스로 가압성형하여 제조하는 모래와 폐비닐을 혼합하여 건설용 자재를 제조하는 방법.
- 압출기(1)일측에 가열공급기(4)를 설치하되 가열공급기(4)의 공급관(5)이 압축기(1)의 홉퍼(7)와 연결되도록 하여서된 모래와 폐비닐을 혼합하여 건설용 자재를 제조하는 혼합장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
