Claims (3)

  1. 페라이트와 센더스트로 구성되는 마그네틱 헤드용 합성 코어의 트랙폭을 레이저 가공으로 형성하는 제조방법에 있어서, 알루미늄산염 이온을 발생시키기 위한 첨가제중 1종 이상을 첨가한 알칼리금속 수산화물 수용액에서 레이저유도에칭으로 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네틱 헤드용 합성 코어의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리금속 수산화물 수용액은 수산화칼륨 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제는 알루미늄, 수산화 알루미늄, 질산알루미늄, 염화알루미늄, 황산알루미늄, 알루민산나트륨, 황산칼륨알루미늄 및 황산나트륨알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
