Claims (10)

  1. 폴리에테르-기본 폴리우레탄 중합체의 변색을 예방하는데 특히 적합한, N, N-디알킬세미카바자이들 말단-그룹을 갖고, 수평균 분자량이 1,000 내지 1,500인 폴리에테르/우레탄 올리고머 첨가제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제중 세미카바자이드 그룹 총량의 15mole% 미만이 디이소시아네이트 비스-세미카바자이드 형태로 존재하는 첨가제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 분자량이 2,000 내지 3,000이고, 첨가제가 실질적으로 단량체성 비스-세미카바자이드를 함유하지 않는 첨가제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 첨가제의 폴리에테르 부분이 테트라하이드로푸란 중합체 또는 공중합체로부터 유도되고, 우레탄 부분이 비스(p-이소시아네이토페닐)메탄, 비스(p-이소시아네이트사이클로헥실)메탄 또는 톨리렌 디이소시아네이트로부터 유도되며, N, N-디알킬세미카바자이드 말단 그룹이 1,1-디메틸하이드라진으로부터 유도된 첨가제.
  5. 폴리에테르-기본 스판덱스 섬유중에서, 연무 및/또는 광선에 노출되어 유발되는 변색으로부터 섬유를 보호하는 유효량의 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 첨가제의 용도.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 유효량이 섬유 1㎏당 세미카바자이드 그룹 5 내지 60밀리당량의 범위내인 용도.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 유효량이 섬유 1㎏당 세미카바자이드 그룹 15 내지 35밀리당량의 범위내의 용도.
  8. 폴리에테르 글리콜과 과량의 유기 디이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 우리 디이소시아네이트를 함유하는 이소시아네이트-캡핑된 글리콜을 제조하고, 이 캡핑된 글리콜을 N,N-디알킬세미카바자이드와 반응시킨 다음, 캡핑된 글리콜이 생성 후 및/ 또는 캠핑된 글리콜과 세미카바자이드의 반응후에 저분자량 생성물을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따른 첨가제를 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 저분자량 생성물을, 캡핑된 글리콜과 N,N-디알킬세미카바자이드을 반응시키기 전에, 증류 또는 추출하여 이소시아네이트-캡핑된 글리콜로부터 제거시키는 방법.
  10. 폴리에테르 디올을 과량의 유기 디이소시아네이트 및 화학량론적 양의 디알킬하이드라진과 연속적으로 반응시키고, 디알킬 세미카바자이드와 과량의 디이소시아네이트의 반응중에 생성되는 단량체성 비스-세미카바자이드를 추출에 의해 제거시켜, 제1항에 따른 안정화제를 제조하는 방법.
