Claims (18)

  1. 염화암모늄을 함유하는 염화지르코닐(ZrOCL₂ㆍ8H₂O)용융물로 부터 물 및 염화수소를 증발제거하고, 염화암모늄을 승화시키고, 반응 생성물을 승온에서 하소시키고 임의로는 하소된 생성물을 분쇄함을 특징으로 하여 제조된 이산화지프코늄 분말.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 안정화제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 이산화지르콘늄 분말.
  3. 염화암모늄을 함유하는 염화지르코닐(ZrOCL₂ㆍ8H₂O) 용융물을 제조하고, 용융물중의 물 및 염화수소를 증발 제거시킴으로써 용융물을 건조시고키고, 염화암모늄을 승화시키고, 반응 생성물을 승온에서 하소시키고 임의로는 잔사를 분쇄시킴을 특징으로하여 이산화지르코늄 분말을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 염화지르코닐의 반응을 안정화제 또는 이의 전구체의 존재하에서 수행함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 염화이트륨을 안정화제 전구체로서 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염화지르코닐이 용융된 후에, 염화암모늄을 용융물에 첨가시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 염화암모늄이 첨가되기 전에, 염산의 환류하에 용융물을 가열함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 염화암모늄이 첨가된 후에, 염산의 환류하에 용융물을 가열함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제3항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 염화지르코닐, 염화암모늄 및 임의의 안정화제 또는 이의 전구체를 분쇄시켜 균질하게 하고 함께 용융시킴을 특징으로 하는방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 용융물을 염산의 환류하에 가열시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제3항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 진공을 도입하여 증발을 촉진시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제3항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염화암모늄에 대한 염화지르코닐의 몰 비율이 10:1재지 1:10임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 염화암모늄에 대한 염화지르코닐의 몰 비율이 2:1내지 1:2임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제3항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염화암모늄이 대기압하 또는 진공중에서 승화됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제3항 내지 14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 780내지 1,280k의 온도에서 하소시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 880 내지 1,080k의 온도에서 하소시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제1항 또는 2항에 따르거나 제3항 내지 16항중 어느 한 방법에 따라 제조된 이산화지르코늄 분말의 소결 제품 제조용 용도.
  18. 제1항 또는 2항에 따르거나 제3항 내지 16항중 어느 한 방법에 의해 제조된 이산화지르코늄 분말로 부터 제조된 소결 제품.
