Claims (1)

  1. 대실린더내(31)에는 하부에 대경부(32)를 구비한 램(33)을 끼우고, 상기 램의 중앙에는 중공부(34)를 형성하며, 상기 중공부에는 로드(35)를 끼우고, 상기 램에 있는 대경부의 바닥면과 대실린더의 내면과 로드의 표면에 의해 성형되는 공간을 하부 기름저류실(37)로 하며, 램 중앙의 중공부에 있는 로드윗쪽의 공간을 램상승용 기름저류소(38)로 하고, 램의 측면과 대실린더의 내면에 의해 형성되는 공간을 램강하용 기름저류소(39)로 한 2중 실린더구조에 있어서, 상기 로드(35)는 대신린더(31)의 바닥부(36)를 관통하지 않고 하단을 상기 바닥부에 고정하고, 상기 로드윗쪽의 램상승용 기름저류소(38)에는 상기 로드내를 지나지 않고 외부에 이르는 기름유로(41)를 연달아 설치하고, 상기 램내에는 일정량의 기름을 내장하는 내장용 기름저류소(40)를 형성하며, 상기 내장용 기름저류소와 상기 하부기름저류소 (37)를 파일롯 체크밸브(53)를 통해 연이어 통과시키고, 상기 파일롯 체크밸브는 통상의 기름을 내장용 기름 저류소에서 하부기름저류소 방향으로만 흐르게끔 하고, 또한 상기 램강하용 기름 저류소와 파일롯 체크밸브를 파일롯압 유로(54)를 통해 연이어 통과시키며, 상기 파일롯 체크밸브는 램하강용 기름저류소의 압력에 의해 파일롯압 유로를 통해서 열어 기름의 역류를 허용하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축성형기에 있어서의 2중 실린더구조.
