Claims (6)

  1. (a) 폴리에테르 폴리올을 기준으로 하여 0.7 내지 10중량%의 물을 25 내지 140℃ 온도에서 폴리에테르 폴리올 및 염기성 촉매를 함유하는 알칼리 매질에 가하고; (b) 알칼리 반응 매질중의 염기의 양을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 2배의 화학량론적양의 기체 이산화탄소를 75 내지 120℃의 온도에서 도입하여 탄산염을 형성하며; (c) 탄산염을 여과제거하여 폴리에테르 폴리올을 함유하는 여액을 수득하고; (d)여액을 무기 및/또는 유기산을 가하여 중화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하이드록실수 4 내지 800의 폴리에테르 폴리올로부터 염기성 촉매를 제거하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (a)가 75 내지 120℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (b)에서 이산화탄소가 80 내지 95℃의 온도에서 도입되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 여과보조제가 여과단계 (c)에서 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 (d)에서 사용된 산이 옥실산인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, (a) 폴리에테르 폴리올을 기준으로 하여, 약 0.7내지 약 10중량%의 물을 75내지 120℃온도에서 폴리에테르 폴리올 및 염기성 촉매를 함유하는 알칼리 매질에 가하고 (b) 알칼리 반응 매질중의 염기의 양을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 2배의 화학량론적양의 기체 이산화탄소를 80 내지 95℃의 온도에서 도입하여 탄산염을 형성하며; (c) 탄산염을 하나 이상의 여과보조제를 사용하여 여과제거하여 폴리에테르 폴리올을 함유하는 여액을 수득하고; (d) 상기여액을 옥살산을 가하열 중합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하이드록실수 약 4내지 약 800의 폴리에테르 폴리올로부터 염기성 촉매를 제거하는 방법.
