Description

단열 및 방음 효과를 겸한 방수층 보호 적층판
제 1 도는 본고안의 구성을 나타낸 사시도.

본 고안은 단열 및 방음효과를 갖인 각종 구조물의 방수층 보호 적층판에 관한 것이라 하겠다.
종래에는 각종 방수액이나 아스팔트등으로 침투 또는 도착시킨 지하구조물의 표면 방수층을 보호하기 위하여 방수층 표면에 별도로 몰탈을 발르거나 방수층에 인접되게 벽돌을 쌓아서 보호벽을 구축하게 되므로서 고가의 공사비를 오랜시공기간이 요할뿐만 아니라 방수층 보호를 위한 몰탈 시공시나 벽돌구축 작업시에 부주의 등으로 방수층에 손상을 갖게되는 결점이 있었다.
또 방수층 보호를 위한 좀더 개량한 종래의 보호판으로서 스치로폴과 같은 판상발포체의 일면에 고무화 아스팔트와 같은 접착성 물질을 도포시킨 것이 있어 시공이 간편하고 공기단축등의 잇점이 있으나 스치로폴 판상체는 외부의 충격에 대단히 약해서 쉽게 형태의 손상을 입을 뿐만아니라 화재에 약해서 사용상 많은 제약을 받고 있다.
본 고안에 의한 방수층 보호 적층판은 종래의 방수층 보호 방법이나 보호판의 결점을 해소시킨 방수층보호적층판으로서 양면이 난연성이며 외부충격에 견딜수 있는 저발포성의 발포판상체이고 이 양면판상체 사이에 스치로폴판상체를 삽입시켜서된 센드위치상의 적층판이며 또 저발포 EVA 판상체의 일면에 점착성을 갖인 고무화 아스팔트를 첨착시킨 구조라 하겠으며 이를 도면에 의하여 설명하면 제 1 도예서와 같이 스치로폴판상체(1)의 양면에 저발포 EVA 판상체(2) (2')를 접착층(3) (3')에 의하여 접합시키고, 저발포 EVA 판상체(2)의 외면에 고무화 아스팔트를 첨착시켜 고무화 아스팔트층(4)을 형성하여 고무화 아스팔트층(4)의 외면에 이형지(5)를 접합시킨 방수층보호 적층판의 구조라 할수있다.
상술한 방수층 보호적층판은 이형지(5)를 제거하고 구조물 표면에 고무화 아스팔트층(4)을 접합시키므로서 간편하게 시공이 끝나며 또 고무화 아스팔트 자체가 접착성이 좋고 방수성이 우수하므로 구조물에 상승적인 방수효과를 부여하게 된다. 더욱이 양면이 난연성이 좋고 내충격성이 우수한 저발포 EVA 판상체로 되어있어 우수한 방수층 보로막으로서의 역활은 물론 단열 및 방음 효과를 갖게되는 잇점이 있다하겠다.
그 밖에도 본 고안에 의한 방수층 보호적층판은 내충격성 및 내마모성의 물성 때문에 종래의 방수보호판으로서는 사용이 불가했던 구조물의 바닥, 슬라브, 노출된 구조물의 외벽등의 방수 보호판으로서 널리 사용될수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 스치로폴판상체(1)의 양면에 저발포 EVC 판상체(2) (2')를 접착층(3) (3')로 접착하고, 저발포 EVA판상체(2)의 상면에 고무화 아스팔트층(4)을 형성한다음 이형지(5)를 고무화 아스팔트층(4) 표면에 점착시켜 구성하여서된 단열 및 방음 효과를 겸한 방수층 보호 적층판.
