디지탈회로에 공급되는 전원전압들의 과전압 유무룰 검출하며, 과전압 검출시 해당 상태를 표시하는 동시에 해당회로로 공급되는 전원전압을 차단하는 과전압 검출 및 보호회로에 있어서, 정의 전압을 갖는 전원들의 과전압 허용치를 설정하여 내부의 드레쉬 홀드 기준전압과 비교한 후 해당 전원들에 대한 과전압 검출유무 신호를 발생하는 제1검출수단과, 부의 전압을 갖는 전원들의 과전압 허용치를 설정하여 극성을 반전시킨 후 내부의 드레쉬 홀드 기준전압과 비교하여 해당 전원들에 대한 과전압 검출유무 신호를 발생하는 제2검출수단과, 상기 제1 및 제2검출수단의 출력을 논리 조합하여 과전압 검출신호를 발생시 해당 상태를 표시하는 과전압 검출 표시수단과, 상기 제1검출수단과 해당전원을 동작전원으로 공급받는 부하사이에 연결되어 과전압 검출신호 발생시 스위칭되어 해당 전원의 통로를 차단하는 제2차단수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 과전압 검출 및 보호회로.In the overvoltage detection and protection circuit that detects whether there is an overvoltage of power supply voltages supplied to the digital circuit, and displays the state when the overvoltage is detected, and cuts off the supply voltage supplied to the corresponding circuit.
