Abstract
The method includes the steps of imersing a powder mixture or its pellet made by mixing the powder of at least two or more metals selected from among the carbonates of Sr, Ba and Ca in at least one metal powder selected from among Mo, Ta and W or alloy powder of at least two or more metal selected from Mo, Ta and W, into an aqueous solution containing an aluminium compound and impregnating the aluminium ingredient into the powder mixture or the pellet. Accordingly, the electron emitting efficiency is improved.
