Claims (2)

  1. 가공면(2a)을 가공물의 소망곡률 RA와 동일 형상으로 형성한 도전성 연삭공구(4)에 양극을 인가함과 동시에, 상기 도전성 연삭 공구(4)의 가공면(4a)과의 사이에 일정거리를 갖는 전극에 음극(-)을 인가하고 또 도전성 연삭공구(4)와 음극사이에 약전성 냉각 매체를 개재하면서 표면을 최종형상으로 근사시키고 또 원활한 가공을 한 유리소재를 가열연화한 다음, 한쌍의 성형 금형 사이에 위치 시킴과 동시에, 이 성형 금형에 의하여 소정 형상으로 압압 성형하고 소정온도까지 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학소자의 성형방법.
  2. 가공면(2a)을 가공물의 소망곡률 RA과 동일 형상으로 형성한 도전성 연삭공구(4)에 양극을 인가함과 동시에, 상기 도전성 연삭공구(4)의 가공면(2a)과의 사이에 일정거리를 갖는 전극(7)에 음극을 인가하고, 또 도전성연삭공구(4)와 음극사이에 약전성 냉각매체를 개재하면서 표면을 최종형상으로 근사시키고 또 원활하게 가공한 유리소재를 한쌍의 성형금형 사이에 위치시킨 다음 성형금형과 동시에 가열 연화시켜서 압압 성형하고 소정온도까지 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리광학소자의 성형방법.
