Claims (8)

  1. 필요한 경우 암모니아-분해 화합물로부터 암모니아 가스에 의한 질산화물의 선별적 환원을 위한 촉매를 함유하는 전면부위 및 산화 촉매를 함유하는 뒷전 부위를 갖는 벌집형의 원-피이스 배기가스 정화 촉매를 포함함을 특징으로하는, 화학량론적 비 이상에서 작동되는 내연기관 및 가스 터어빈으로부터 더욱 특히 발생한 배기 가스를 정화하는 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 환원 촉매가 A:B:C:D=1:0.01 내기 10:0 내지 0.2:0 내지 0.15의 원자비로
    (A) 산화물 형태의 티타늄, (B) (B,1) 산화물 및/또는 설페이트 형태의 철 및 바나듐 및/또는 (B,2) 산화물 형태의 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 니오븀, 구리 또는 크로뮴 그룹 중 적어도 하나 이상의 금속, (C) 산화물 형태의 주석 및/또는 (D) 산화물 형태의 베릴륨, 마그네슘, 아연, 붕소, 알루미늄, 이트륨, 회토류원소, 실리콘, 안티몬, 창연(bismuth) 및 망간의 그룹중에서 선택된 금속의 개시 혼합물을 포함하는 고체 촉매임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 환원촉매가 성분(A) 대 (B)의 금속의 원자비가 1:0.01 내지 1로서 성분 A)의 티타늄 이산화물, 성분 B1의 텅스텐 산화물 및 성분 B2의 바나듐, 철, 니오븀, 구리, 크로뮴 및/또는 몰리브덴 산화물을 포함함을 특징으로하는 고체 촉매로서, 성분 A)는 TiCl4의 화염 가수분해에 의해 수득될 수 있는 미세하게 분할된 산화물로서 주로 예추석(anatase)X-선구조를 갖고, BET표면적이 50±15㎡/g이며, 밀도 3.8g/㎥, 평균 1차 입자크기 30nm, 4% 수성 분산액중 측정시 pH 3-4, 등전점 pH6.6이며, 1000℃에서 2시간동안 하소시킨 후 촉매의 TiO2함량이 99.5wt%, AI2O3함량이 0.3wt%, SiO2함량 0.2wt%, Fe2O3함량 0.01wt% 및 HCL 함량 0.3wt%이고 105℃에서 2시간 건조시킨 후 중량 손실이 1.5wt%이고 1000℃에서 2시간 하소시킨후 중량 손실이 2wt%임을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A) 대 B)의 원자비가 1:0.001 내지 1, 바람직하게는 1:0.002 내지 0.4이고 성분 A) 가 BET 표면적 40 내지 500, 바람직하게는 50 내지 300, 보다 특정하게는 60 내지 150㎡/g인 반응성 고 표면적 티타늄 산화물 형태 및 완전히 또는 주로 아나타스(anatase)변형 형태로 전재하는 (A) 티타늄 산화물, (B1)텅스텐, 실리콘, 붕소, 알루미늄, 인, 지르코늄, 바륨, 이트륨, 란타늄 또는 세륨 중 적어도 하나 이상의 산화물 및 (B2) 바나듐, 니오븀, 몰리브덴, 철 구리 또는 크로뮴 중 적어도 하나 이상의 산화물을 함유하는 환원촉매인 촉매.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 환원 촉매가, 구리 및/또는 철 및, 임의로 세륨 또는 몰리브덴을 함유하는, 임의적으로 모오데나이트 유형의 내산성 제올라이트 충만형 촉매임을 특징으로하는 촉매.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화촉매가 제2항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 고체 압출물의 형태의 환원 촉매의 뒷전부위에 적용되는 피복물로서, 피복물이 20 내지 50%, 보다 특정하게는 촉매 총용적의 25 내지 35%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화촉매가 70중량%의 CeO2및 0 내지 20중량%의 ZrO2및 임의로 담체로서 휘토금속 산화물을 함유한 전이계열의 산화철, 알칼리토금속 산화물 및/또는 알루미늄 산화물 및 담체에 적용된 활성상 및 0.01 내지 3중량%의 백금, 팔라듐 및/또는 로듐을 함유하며, 존재하는 경우, 백금 및/또는 팔라듐 대 로듐의 중량비가 2:1 내지 30:1인 촉매.
  8. 특정하게는 화학량론적 비 이상에서 작동되는 내연기관 및 가스 터어빈으로부터 폐기가스를 오염물로부터 질산화물, 탄화수소, 일산화탄소, 질소제거로부터의 암모니아 드리프트 및 임의로 이산화황을 촉매적으로 정화하기 위한 촉매의 용도.
