제2도, 3도 및 4도는 절단예정 선들의 몇개의 실시예를 도시하는 사시도이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 중첩된 두개의 종이 스트립 사이에 포장되어야할 제품이 삽입되어 상기 스트립을 주변부상에서 함께 시일(seal)시킴으로써 내부에서 시일되는 멸균 제품을 포함하는 제품 포장용 종이 백 제작 방법에 있어서, 종이의 최소한 하나의 절단 예정 선(L)은 백(들)을 형성하는 두개의 스트립(B1-B2)중 최소한 하나위에 만들어지고, 상기 하나의 선 또는 그 이상의 선들에 따른 종이의 두께는, 상기 선에서의 수동 전단 작용에 의해 용이하게 개방될 수 있고, 절단 작용 선(들)의 어느 측부에서든 백이 완전한 시일링 성능 및 만족할만한 인장 강도를 유지할 수 있도록 계산되는, 종이 백 제작 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 종이의 절단 예정 선(들) (L)은 상기 스트립이 감기기 전에 백을 형성하는 스트립들의 양측 또는 스트립들중 한쪽위에 만들어지는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 종이의절단 예정 선(들) (L)은, 현존의 백 제작용 장치에서, 포장될 제품(들) 삽입용 스테이션과 스트립 공급 스테이션 사이에서 백을 형성하는 스트립들의 양측 또는 한쪽 위에서 만들어지는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 종이의 최소한 하나의 절단 예정 선(L)이 백을 형성하는 스트립들중 하나 위에서만 만들어지는, 벗져질수있는(peelable) 종이로 만들어지는 백에 적용되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 종이의 최소한 하나의 절단 예정 선(L)이 백을 형성하는 스트립들 각각의 위에서 만들어져서 각각의 스트립들의 상기 선들이 배열되는, 완전히 피복된 종이로 만들어진 백에 적용되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 종이의 절단 예정선(들) (L)은 백을 형성하는 스트립들의 어떠한 부위(모서리, 중앙부, 횡방향, 종방향 등등)에서 만들어지는 방법.
  7. 종이의 절단 예정 선(들) (L)은, 장치의 릴(reel)과 백 제작 스테이션 사이이거나 또는 스트립들이 감기기 이전의 스트립들의 경로에 배치된 하나 또는 몇 개의 압력 휠(9)과 하나 또는 몇개의 역압력 휠(10) 사이에 백형성용 스트립(들) (B1-B2)을 통과시킴으로써 만들어지는, 제1항에 따른 방법을 수행하는 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 휠(9) 또는 휠(10)요소중 하나는, 종이의 형태 및 두께의 함수인 절단 예정 자국 깊이(scoring depth)를 조절하기 위하여, 휠이 정위치로 조절되도록 장착된 장치.
  9. 내용물은 손상시키지 않고 용이하게 개방됨으로써 백의 시일링 성능 및 견고성을 유지하도록, 최소한 하나인 종이의 절단 예정 선(L)을 백 형성용의 최소한 하나의 스트립(B1-B2)위에 지니는, 제1항의 방법에 따라 획득된 백.
