Abstract

A coated polyester fibre fabric has attached to the fibre surface porous inorganic fine particles having pores of average diameter smaller than 150A, pref. 10-100A, the particles being included in a resin coating membrane. The inorganic particles are SiO2, TiO2, ZrO2, Al2O3 or activated charcoal; the particles have a surface area of at least 200 m2/g and an average size of 10-50 micron pref. less than 15 micron m. The resin is a polyurethane. Amt. of inorganic particles is 1.5-10 wt.% w.r.t. fibres.
