본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 관한 것으로, 크세논 글로우 방전 등을 계량기의 지침으로 사용한 경우를 분해하여 도시한 사시도.
제2도는 크세논 글로우 방전 등의 평면도.
제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 양 단부사이에 형성된 긴 형상의 방전공간(3)내에 적어도 크세논가스를 포함하며 필요에 따라서 다른 희가스를 혼합한 방전가스를 충진한 발광관벌브(2)와, 상기 발광관벌브의 일측단부의 내부에 형성하고 밀봉한 내부전극(4)과, 상기 발광관벌브의 외면에 축방향을 따라서 밴드형상으로 형성됨과 동시에 이 벌브의 타측 단부까지 연장하여 형성된 외부전극(7)과 상기 발광관벌브의 내면에 도포된 형광체물질(6)을 구비하고, 상기 크세논가스의 충진분압을 5∼40Torr로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 저압가스 방전등.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 크세논가스의 충진분압을 20∼40Torr로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 저압가스 방전등.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 내부전극을 냉음극으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 저압가스 방전등.
