소구경 관의 클램핑 장치

제1도는 본 발명의 한 실시예로써 소구경 관을 고정시키기 위한 클램프의 평면전개도,
제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ을 따른 단면도,
제3도는 제1도의 클램프의 측면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 상부면에 종방향으로 연장한 적어도 하나의 돌기벽을 구비한 밴드형 클램프로 구성되어서 클렘브가 관에 대하여 맞춰질시, 클램프의 돌기벽은 관의 외주면과 기밀 결합하여 클램프를 관에 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경 관의 클램핑 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클램프에는그 한 단부에 결합구멍과 다른 단부에 돌출부가 제공되며, 상기 결합구멍과 돌출부는 상기 클램프가 상기 관에 대해 맞춰지는 결합수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경 관의 클랩핑 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클램프에는 그 상부면에 종방향으로 평행하게 연장한 복수의 돌기벽이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경 관의 클램핑 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어 서, 상기 클램프에는 그 상부면에 한 라인에 간헐적으로 형성 된 복수의 돌기벽이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경 관의 클램핑 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서. 상기 클램프에는 기부체에 상기 클램프를 부착시키기 위한 맞춤구멍이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경 관의 클램핑 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 맞춤구멍은 상기 클램프의 적어도 한단부에 구멍을 낸 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경관의 클램핑 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어선. 상기 클램프의 돌기벽과 상기 관의 외주 사이를 프레스를 사용하여 효과적으로 결합하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소구경 관의 클램핑 장치.
